How do you leave a reputation comment for somebody in their control panel?

At the bottom left of someones post that you like are three symbols. One is an online green sign....one is a scale.....and one is a caution sign. The scale is the one for leaving a reputation kudos thingy. The caution sign is to report that post to the mods.

Thank you I should have been able to figure that out.

Exactly. When you click on the scale it gives you a box for adding reputation and a spot to put a comment.

I was wondering the same thing and never thought to look over there. DUH!
