Schoolboys punished with detention for refusing to kneel in class and pray to Allah

My 7yr old son has had some persecution but not discipline from the school near Halloween when my child says that he does not worship the devil and he will not celebrate Halloween. My husband wrote a note excusing him from class for the day because they were having an "all-day Halloween party" stating that it violated our sons freedom of speech and religious rights.
