Do you attend any small group in your church? What are the benefits that it brings to you? What do you usually do there?

I am used to attend small groups. I had one year without any small group when I moved to a new place and new church that had not any meetings during week. Now I "lead" (if we can use this word) really small group for few people from youth group and it´s much better. We usually talk much about what´s going on in our lives and we read main stories from Old Testament.
