Please refer to this website to find out more about transcription. I will do my best to explain it myself. This is the Tamil Bible transcribed in English. This is not a new Bible. Some people can't read Tamil. They speak and understand Tamil. This Bible is to help such people to read the Bible in Tamil thru English.
