There seems to be endless debate and discussion over our nation’s Constitution in the days in which we live, but the laws of God upon which the constitution was founded have been trampled underfoot far more often than the document we know as the United States Constitution. We argue over whether something is lawful based upon the Constitution, but barely a word is spoken about whether something is lawful based upon the Word and law of God. Those who feel that the Constitution is an old and outdated document that should no longer be looked upon as our guide seem to be the same ones who feel that the Bible is also an old and outdated book that should be cast aside.
