The "hidden Man" Of The Heart And The "woman".....

The “spiritual” things are the things of the “breath”. Spirit = breath.

The breath of the “hidden man” of the heart ( which is motivated by what is in the heart) exhales to speak words that are formed with the tongue. The tongue is the “woman” of every person…of every hidden man of the heart.

The tongue gives birth to words….and those words travel into the air (heaven = air) to others ears. The tongue (the “wives” of the hidden man of the heart) is to be in subjection to the heart. We are to control our tongues so that we do not speak evil. The “man” who does not bridle his tongue from speaking evil things, that man’s religion is vain….empty…useless. The “wife” …the tongue…is the weaker vessel that is supposed to be in subjection to the hidden man of the heart…Christ Jesus.

James 1:26 KJV
(26) If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

The “wife”…the tongue…is to be in subjection to the “husband”…the hidden man of the heart. If Jesus is within our hearts, then we are able to rule over our tongues. If we preach the Word (the tongue gives birth to the Word with Holy Spirit) and those who will hear do not obey it, they may be also “won” without the Word by the good behavior of our tongues ( the wives).

1 Peter 3:1-11 KJV
(1) Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;
(2) While they behold your chaste conversation coupled with fear.

Let not the tongue speak flattering words in order to deceive people. “Babylon” is the “flattering tongue” who speaks good words and fair speeches in order to deceive the simple. They who use their tongues for deceit have put away their “wife” and married another…..spiritual adultery.

(3) Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;

Let the “hidden man of the heart” be adorned with the “ornament” of a meek and quiet breath…spirit.

(4) But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
(5) For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:

We are all “daughters” of Abraham….that is, our tongues speak in faith as long as we do well toward the hearing of the Word of Truth.

(6) Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.

The tongue….the “wife” …is the “weaker vessel”. The tongue is hard to control…but it needs to be in subjection to our Lord and Savior (who is with the hidden man of the heart) who gives us control over it.

(7) Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
(8) Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous:

Peter is not switching to another topic here in verses 9-11. He is paraphrasing all of the above in plain speech.

The “wife” is the tongue that we are to refrain from evil and speaking guile….that is, deceit. If we refrain our tongues from evil, then we can “win” those over with a gracious tongue (and one without deceit) as we behave ourselves in front of those who will not believe in what is preached. The tongue is to be in subjection at all times.

(9) Not rendering evil for evil, or railing for railing: but contrariwise blessing; knowing that ye are thereunto called, that ye should inherit a blessing.
(10) For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile:
(11) Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.

When we hear the Word of Truth as preached by our Lord, we are to change our laughter to mourning and our joy to heaviness. We are to be afflicted and mourn and weep.

James 4:8-10 KJV
(8) Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
(9) Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

We are to humble ourselves in the “sight of the Lord”…..in the hearing of His knowledge of the Truth….and he shall lift us up.

(10) Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

“Mary” means “bitter”….as in we are to turn our joy into heaviness and our laughter to mourning. We are to use our tongues in humbleness….and finding favor with God… and He shall lift us up.

Luke 1:30-35 KJV
(30) And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.

For those who will humble themselves shall be able to preach Jesus in due time. They will bring forth a Son out of their mouths…preaching Jesus…so that others may hear and be saved.

(31) And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
(32) He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David:
(33) And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
(34) Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?

He will give us the Holy Spirit from heaven….the Holy Breath…so that we may preach Jesus. That which shall be “born” out of our mouths shall be called the Son of God. The tongue gives birth to the Word as it speaks with the inspiration of the Holy Breath…the Holy Spirit.

(35) And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.

To be continued…

We are to be the Lord’s messengers sent to the churches to preach Jesus with the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. We are to be the “bride” of Christ.

Revelation 22:16-17 KJV
(16) I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
(17) And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

The Bridegroom speaks through us….the bride…so that others may stand and hear Him in our words…which are really His words. Some will rejoice greatly to hear His voice.

John 3:29 KJV
(29) He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

We are His “wife”…the tongue that is used to speak His words to others. The “wife” is to make herself ready by putting away lying and speaking in anger…...

Ephesians 4:23-32 KJV
(23) And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
(24) And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
(25) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.
(26) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
(27) Neither give place to the devil.
(28) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

The “wife” is to ready herself by not letting corrupt communication proceed out of the mouth. “She” is to put away all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking. The tongue is not to be used for such things any longer as the Lord forgives us of our sins (evil speaking)…..but is now forward to be used for edifying and ministering grace unto the hearers of the Word of God.

(29) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
(30) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.
(31) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
(32) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

Once the “wife”…the tongue…the mouth…has made herself ready by putting away all evil, she can then be used to preach the Word of God in truth and sincerity. She can be used now for the preaching of the “TRUE sayings of God” in the Lord…the marriage supper. “She” is granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen….speaking the Word of God in truth. The “marriage supper” = the TRUE SAYINGS of God.

Revelation 19:7-14 KJV
(7) Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.
(8) And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.
(9) And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

We are to be His “wife”….His messengers who will have the testimony of Jesus to preach to others.

(10) And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

And we are to preach His Word into the “heaven”…the air where words fly to others’ ears. The “heaven” opens as the Word of God is preached in Truth and righteousness to others ears. That which shall proceed out of our mouths is the Word of God……Him that is called Faithful and True rides upon a white horse…the Holy Spirit. The Breath…the Spirit….the Wind…carries the Word of God through the air to our ears and we are to take heed on how we hear.

We are to be judged by our response to what we hear…the true sayings of God. By our words shall we judged and by our words will be justified. As He hears, He judges.

(11) And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
(12) His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.

We will preach the Word of God in truth and sincerity with the Holy Spirit….and the Word of God is powerful.

(13) And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
(14) And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.

We are to always remember to have love for each other…especially to a “stranger” who may come preaching what sounds “strange” to them. We are to gird up the loins of our mind and be “sober” toward what we will hear and not have Him find us “drunk” in our wrathful pride and contention and “sleeping” in our forgetfulness of His commandment to have love for one another.

Luke 12:35-40 KJV
(35) Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;

The “wife” will have made herself ready to speak the “true sayings of God”. When “she” will speak those true words (for the “wedding” of the preaching of Jesus to the ready tongue will now be complete), we are to open the door for the Bridegroom IMMEDIATELY….for it will be Him who is really behind the words that we will hear with our ears. He will come and “knock” upon the door of our hearts.

(36) And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.

Blessed are those servants whom the Lord when He comes (in the true sayings of God that we will hear) finds them “watching”…being awake to His righteousness. He will serve those who will behave in belief of what they will hear….serving them with the mysteries of the kingdom of God. We are to be ready always for the Son of man comes at an hour when we think not.

(37) Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
(38) And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
(39) And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
(40) Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
