The Mind of Christ

Believers think that the mind of Christ must be searched for as a hidden treasure as though no one knows where to find it.
The mind of Christ is not and ambiguous, unattainable, thought process that is unavailable to believers.
Christ has not hidden His mind from believers but believers have put a veil over their minds so that they cannot see His mind even though it is in plain sight.
The mind of Christ has been made so vivid and in plain sight that we stumble over it most every day.
The Father's mind is also found in the mind of Christ, in his only begotten son.
The mind of Christ is written in black-and-white but few believers have realized this as being a fact. These revelations pertaining to the mind were given to the believer through the ministry of the Holy Spirit, Second Corinthians 12:7.

There is the body of truth .The scriptures. That the Spirit of God inspired men to write according to the mind of God .
For the scriptures are indeed a revelation not only of the mind of God as to how HE sees/saw things but it is also a perfect revelation of God also.
Then there is the Spirit of truth .The same Spirit that inspired those holy men of God to so write .
If a mans words can neither be heard or understood unless that man gives his life or breath to his words. How much the more then is God not heard or understood unless he gives his Spirit to His word?
Is it not written "man shall not live by bread alone but by every Word that proceedeth from the mouth of God "?
and is it not also written "that only the Father has life in Himself ,and he has also given this to the Son who has life in Himself"
Who then can instruct God? and who knoweth the things of man save the spirit that is in man? Likewise then what knoweth the things of God save the Spirit of God " For the Spirit of God knoweth the mind of God and the deep things of God"
If then we would know and have the mind of Christ we needs must not only have the Word of God, the scriptures but needs must also have the Spirit of God . For we cannot be transformed by the renewal of our minds save that our minds are also changed from carnal to spiritual.
If we have but the scriptures we will indeed have a cloak of religiosity having our minds filled perhaps with scripture even as Saul of Tarsus did . But if we do not have the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit as to understanding we will become even as he .
and will persecute true believers and even put them to death " thinking we do Gods will"
Despite our Hebrew and Greek .
But faith in God comes not only by hearing but also by understanding the Word of God .
To have the mind of Christ is to have the mind that "for the joy that was set before Him he endured the cross"
To do always that pleases God.
To be in prayer when all have" gone to their homes" and bed.
To be awake and watching unto prayer when others fall asleep.
To see the naked and cloth them.
The hungry and feed them.
To set at liberty the captives.
and the oppressed to be free.
Some take that to mean a socialist gospel.
Far from it .
For our bread is the Word of God .
and righteousness is what we are clothed with.
and we are to "add to our faith virtue "
and declare the good news of Jesus Christ .
and be filled with the Word of God and the Spirit of God .

in Christ

'And be renewed in the spirit of your mind' (your council and purpose);
Ephesians 4:23,

No longer being led by the vain thinking of the old man,
but directed and motivated by the Holy Spirit
by means of a mind that is renewed in council and purpose.

In Christ Jesus
Chris

Scripture says we have the mind of Christ. Far to many folks stumble over this and many never really renew their minds with God's word and this brings up one of those old sayings.....
The mind is such a horrible thing to waste.

Seeing Christ as your life (revealed by the Spirit only) is keystone to your understanding of the scriptures. Paul hammers home the fact that Christ is the only life there is.
You have no home life, work life, relationship life (Husband-Wife-friends-so on), church life, you have one life and that is the Christ-Life, Gal. 2:20. To unlock the mystery of Christ in you, you must have a revelation of Christ that is in you, Gal. 1:15-16.
That happens when it please's the Father, His timing. He put us in a school house to learn Christ, Gal. 4:1-2.
The renewing of the mind is to see Christ as life revealed by the Spirit. Then and only then will the scriptures open up to the believer.

The "spiritual" mind has nothing to with man's brain in his head. It is only with the "heart" of man that he believes in righteousness, not his physical mind.
The mind of Christ dwells within man's new heart, and man's carnal mind in his head needs to be renewed with the Word of God so both man's physical mind, and the mind of Christ in him are in agreement. This would be called "being single minded". When the mind of Christ is not in agreement with man's physical mind this would be called, "being double minded". A double minded will not receive anything from the Lord.

Yes, now who is doing it? Single minded, whole heartily (mind, body, strength and soul) seeking Him?

And when one comes forth that is, the body of believers hates that person. Just as they have done to Him, they will do to us also. They hated Him first without cause.

Jesus cause... God the Father.
Man's cause... Greed and jealousy, envy and strife. The money tray was empty, so was the synagogues. The people went out to hear His words; traveling for days sometimes. And many mircles they did witness. Amen.

This is some of His mind He has spoken, engrafting it in my heart.

When I began preaching what God had given me, you hated me; even banned me from this site. Now that you have studied and God has revealed some things, do you still hate me? Yes, many still do. Well, I praise God for it. He has indeed separated me from this world. I don't see a gay man, a straight man, a black man, a Muslim, or a movie star; I hear the spirit that speaks.

Do we know Him, yet? Is He your best friend? Let our conversation become the gospel of Christ. Amen

When we were of this world we were willing to die for a false god; now knowing Him, His power, having been allowed to see His glory; would you not die for Him?
Now, be Christ like, Christ minded, pick up the cross of your testimonies and follow Him; even unto death, serving Him, if it be God's will for your journey.

Those who seek your life has been loosed upon our land. Now, this country of laid back hearers, but no clue of doing, will suffer; will you suffer self or Him? Many honor Him with their lips, but their heart is far from Him.

All praise glory and honor be unto God Amen

True words I am learning now that the reason for why we are sinners but yet we are still forgiven bc of the blood of Jesus Christ

Not to play on words, I don't like too do that but " we were sinners before the new birth" now we're new creatures in Christ.
A sinner is an unregenerate Individual that still retains the sin nature, we sin because of an unrenewed mind or at least area's of our mind, no longer our nature.

Paul speaks of this mind of Christ as the declaration of the testimony of God. It's about the Gospel which Gospel is the power of God unto salvation preach not with enticing words of man's wisdom but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power.

1 Corinthians 2:1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God.
1 Corinthians 2:2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.
1 Corinthians 2;4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

I have long maintained that the Apostle Paul has the message to the born again. When reading the Epistles of Paul we find the mind of Christ.
It is written in black and white in plain English.
I know most men especially Theologians and our Scholars will debate that until the end of time.
Without the Epistles there is no "in Christ" message.
Most preach the Kingdom message, trying to straighten out the earth and it's inhabitants, like there is no cross or somehow it failed.
The Gospel of correction leaves the believer far lacking in the Grace our Father planned and has for us.

REPENT for the day of the Lord is at hand...is the message we should be preaching today.

Believe "Paul "would say, just because they open the Scriptures and begin to expound d on them doesn't mean they believe them.
I should say as the scriptures are written, men will twist and turn the written word of God to fit any doctrine that has come down through the ages.
As you probably well know, we can make the word of God say anything we want it to say.
Because the written word is all we have, and the intellectual style mind thinks that is all there is.
How could God inspire men to write and express really what was in his mind.
That's impossible, the word of God is a person Christ, the Holy Spirit can reveal the mind of Christ to the believer.
And it will deliver and set free, it runs much deeper then any written scriptures that we may be able to interpret on our own.
He poured out of His Spirit on the day of Pentecost, that all men might see the deep things of God.
Religion has always existed, it will continue to exist, if it exists, that includes anything that we know of in this world, God allows it for a reason.
But to add to that I must say religious men have no idea what God is doing in this earth.
This created chaos, total confusion and man never coming into agreement with each other.
I heard say one time, "Ignorance in full bloom."
We are going to be judged by Paul's gospel, on that day when we stand before God our Father, the question will be, what did you do with my Son that is in you.

REPENT for the day of the Lord is at hand...is the message we should be preaching today.
As long as it does not come across to those hearing it as thee old fire and brimstone preaching Or telling them how bad they are.

They already know this and how bad they are. They need to be told something they don't know such as how much God loves them and does not want them too miss eternity with Him.
Blessings

Absolutely humanity needs to know they were born in sin.
The way out of that sin is to "believe that they are sinners and cannot save themselves.
Believers, we can confess our sin but sinners need to believe.

On another note to clarify my previous post. I'm didn't mean for it to sound like we can go outside the word of God. As I reread it looked a little strange.
In the written word of God, He can take a Scripture you have read a 100 times and open it up to a deeper more vibrant meaning (for lack of a better word) to us.
He moves us from faith to faith and glory to glory.
Men inspired by God wrote as they were inspired to do so, but what is in the mind of God comes to you in bits and pieces.
My understanding is God's main theme in the scriptures is Christ.
Our growth in that knowledge is what our Father watchs for, Gal. 4:1-2.
Most of the scriptures when Paul is using the word mystery he is referring to Christ in you, the birthing.
Peter talks about being born again, but Paul never uses that term.
