Thought for This Week

Good Day, Friends; When we are very busy with our family plans and are making preparations for gatherings of family and friends, it is sometimes easy to put God aside for awhile. We forget that He is why we are ere and He is why we have family and friends to gather with at all. Do not become so burdened with earthly duties that you forget Our Father. In Deuteronomy 8:10-11 we are told,(NLT) " 10 When you have eaten your fill, praise the Lord your God for the good land he has given you. 11 But that is the time to be careful! Beware that in your plenty you do not forget the Lord your God and disobey his commands, regulations, and laws." Remember to keep the spirit of God in your plans, in your gatherings and in your daily lives and His blessings will be yours.
God bless you.

A timely reminder Pastor Gary thanks! If we place God at the center of all we do life will be full and rich the way He intended it to be. Without Him all is vain.
It is a sad thing indeed when the blessings take the place of the Blessor in our hearts and minds.
