When you start thinking you are better than other people,
you are on dangerous ground.
It leads to actions opposite to divine love.
Be on guard!
The Bible warns us, and we should take heed.
Of course it's not just what we think of others that's important,
but how we treat others.
However, thoughts always precede and determine actions.
So, we must guard our thoughts.

...or better still to disregard our own fabricated thoughts.

Thought (which is conditional) is a distraction from true consciousness (which is unconditional).
One cannot use the conditional mind to become unconditional.

The trouble is that we are 'thought machines'; always seeking what is missing, true consciousness. The seeking part is conditional in finding true consciousness, but it's all to no avail.

Unconditional faith, like Jesus Christ, opens the door to true consciousness.
