Powerful, this verse says a lot about Gods giving nature to both the believer and unbeliever. This is how we can tell that God is really God of the universe that created it. Because he gives to all and loves all and there is no partiality in him.

God is impartial. But that doesn't mean that He treats the "sinner"
the same as He treats the "saint". But all of us receive what He considers right and just.
