Time is a restraint

God being perfect does not create/produce something that is open ended. He is omniscient omnipotent so everything He does is complete.
In eternity there is no need no wanting no desire unfulfilled, everything is there complete in perfection.
So in this cycle of time where things are unfolding our faith looks beyond the need because faith comes from the Eternal One where all things are possible.
So if we rest in that we are in a sense touching Him.
The catch is, we need to believe and to believe we need to be in Him.
Scripture says 'we will be in Him and He is us.
Redemption is about bringing us back.
 
Is that what you think?
That is your choice and no one forced you into it, your free will.
And now that is all history.
But there is no history in eternity, for time shall cease.
So what we are is what we stay. And we choose according to what we are.
Our choice then is not delegated but an expression of who we are.
