Untitled.

I look in the mirror, I hate who I see.
this can not be me.
Lord, tell me who do You see?
Through Your eyes, can she arise?
Can she break free?

Tossing and turning,
everything is blurry.
Is there a way out?
Is the hole to deep?
Can I crawl out?
or can You lift me?

In Your hands I lay my everything
In Your guidance I walk a new path
With Your love, I start anew.
In Your perfect plan, I began.

Very well written sis.
An close self inspection can be needed and at the same time genearlly very painful.
Just remember you are a new creature in Christ and old things have passed away. By faith we read His Word and begin to understand we are not what or who we perceive ourselves to be but in Christ we are what He says we are. Like Peter who sunk when He looked at the circumstances (the wind and waves) but walked right over those smae waves when his focus was on Jesus.
