Interesting way of putting it! Am not going to shoot the messenger...
Kjv translates thus 1 corinthians 15: 34
Awake to righteousness, and sin not: for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame.
Apparently some of the corinthians were confused about the resurrection and thought it wasnt going to happen. That they were just gonna die and that was it. How depressing if they believed that. If this is all there is to life then lets eat and drink for tomorrow we die. Why bother doing all these christian things and facing beasts at Ephesus? Wasnt Paul saved out of the mouth of a lion? Why put our lives at risk?

... lolI believe this now is a wake up call to the body of Christ and to those (in and out of the church) who have not made Jesus their Lord yet or who are just playing games with God. It's time for people to get serious about Christ and really get to know how much He loves them.
