Talks in parables
So we can understand Him

Jesus never said:-
You have to organise big tent crusades
for people to be saved
Jesus never said :-
You could only get healed
If you go to a ‘laying on of hands’ service and wait for the alter call
Or wait til the visiting evangelist
Comes to town…

Jesus never said:-
You had to complete a course
Pass an exam
Be members of the organisation
Before you can share the word of God

Jesus never said:-
You need to attend the course
Prove to your faith
Wait til the next special service
Before you get baptised

Jesus never:-
Made you wait
Question your sincerity
Check you’re theologically is sound
Before you receive salvation
and are born again

Jesus never said:-
You had to understand it all
Be a theologian
Before you start to walk by faith

Jesus never said:-
You need money in the bank,
A beautiful building,
Before you give to the poor
And raise the dead.

Jesus never:-
made it a ritual
Only men can minister
On the last Sunday of every month

Why does man make it so complicated
When interpreting Gods laws?
When Jesus said
anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
Is it because He only feels safe
When they are in control?

Is he afraid God will start moving…
If he:-
Let’s go,
And let God?…

Jesus never said,

Prove your conviction
Wait til the next special service
Before you get baptised

Jesus did said
Repent and be baptised


Jesus never,
Made you wait
Question your sincerity
Check your theologically sound
Before you receive salvation
and are born again…

Jesus just said
Today you’ll be with Me in paradise

Jesus never said,
You had to understand it all
Be a theologian
Before you start to walk by faith…


Jesus called fishermen
To become fishers of men

Jesus never made it a ritual
Only men can minister

Jesus did say

do this as often as you meet
in remembrance of me.”

Jesus never said,

John 5. Verse 8

Why does man make it so complicated
By rationalising the word of God?
Is he afraid God will start moving
If he
Let’s go,
And let God?…
 
1 Corinthians 1:27-28 (KJV) But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
 
Unanswered prayer?

Has that prayer you’ve been praying not been answered yet?
Or is God giving you time out to think?
Do you really want what you ask for?
Is it the right time for the answer?
Are you ready to receive it,
Or can it wait?
Is God working on the answer
Has He other things to put in place first?
Is it in season
Did He actually answer
And you were too busy asking
You turned a deaf ear?
Has that prayer still not been answered?
In spite of your ernest prayer
Are they still sick…
Does it look like their life is coming to an end?
Is God calling them home?
Is the prayer for healing
Delaying that glorious day
When they meet their Saviour
Face to face?

Still not seen your pray answered?
Don’t you realise how much worse things would have been?
If you hadn’t spent all those hours battling in the heavenlies
For prayer victory?
Maybe He had answered,
Your pray, you just don’t know it yet,
Or are you looking for the answer you wanted
Not the answer God sent?

Still not got the answer to the prayer you just been praying?
Feeling this prayer thing nots working
Tried it once, didn’t work,
not going to bother
Give up, not going to waste time doing that again!
Have you not seen the bigger picture?
Have you still got worldly blinkers on?
Or are you in training as in
James 5:16

Not heard an answer
To the prayer you been praying
For years and years yet?
Is it your faith growing
Believing God is in charge…
Or is your faith growing
Weary
Not seeing God at work?
Should the situation be accepted
As Gods ‘status quo?’

Has the prayers not yet been answered
My prayer list has grown and grown,
Should I shut up and listen
Pause my monologue
Give God a chance?
To share His vision
Be smarter not working harder
In battling in heavenly realms?
God could intervene
Right now, If He wanted to,
But His timing is perfect
Keep praying Til
God says ‘move on!’


Not hearing an answer
To that prayer
you prayed yesterday?
Are you expecting the unexpected
Ready to recognise the answer to your prayer
When you are praying
Father IS listening
Make ready
Cos when God answers the prayer
listen closely because
He’ll have something
He’ll need you to do
