We all have watched the news over the last month or so. We all know what is taking place in Ukraine with the invasion of Russia.

Now has anyone noticed that the world has condemned this action but for ONE (1) area of the world. The countries of the Middle East.

Even Israel has been "inconsistent". Israel’s stance is out of sync with the international community and has provoked rare bipartisan criticism in Washington, as Jerusalem strives to maintain Moscow’s permission to operate over Syria, where Russia effectively controls the airspace and lets Israel attack Iranian targets according to numerous foreign reports. Israel even denied their "Iron Dome" missile systems to a Ukrainian request.

Israel is making a serious mistake. They are sacrificing strategic security for the sake of immediate tactical expediency. The actions and aims of Vladimir Putin are akin to those of Adolf Hitler in 1936. If the world doesn't act decisively and in unity, World War III is looming on the horizon.

Hello BibleLover;

God forbid, brother, God forbid. I'm on my knees around the clock praying for Ukraine. It broke my heart when I saw a short video of Christian Ukrainians praying in the park of Kyiv.

I don't understand, but God does. In my prayer He won't allow the Russian president and his soldiers to thwart God's purpose, plan and covering for His people in Ukraine.

Many people liken Putin to a chess player, but I just heard Gary Kasparov (former Russian world Chess Champion and Grandmaster) who said Putin is a poker player and not a chess player. He went on to say he is a master at bluffing and added bluffing doesn't work in chess, only poker.

This is all under the providence of the Lord, as He is fulfilling what must come to pass!

The prophecy in Ezekiel 38-39 reveals that most likely it is Russia. These two chapters provide more detailed information about the role of Russia’s army in the battle of Armageddon at the end of the tribulation.

How does Ukraine fit into biblical prophecy? The historical records indicate they are the descendants of Magog. Therefore, the Ukraine are Scythians too!

It is very important to realize that the Russian president, Validmir Putin, stated that the Russians are descendants of Rus in his August 15, 2021 essay titled, “The Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians,” he said,

“Russians, Ukrainians, and Belarusians are all descendants of Ancient Rus, which was the largest state in Europe.”

Hmmmmm!

Look at any map. The country of Ukraine is directly north of Israel!

Could be fulfilling prophecy, bust we need to be cautious, as might not be either!

I agree.

We must allow the prophetic word of God to tell us what is coming and NOT make what it say to fit our idea of what we think.

I am NO expert in any sense of the word. Do not take my thoughts as the end of the conversation. I just put out there what has been written in the Word and allow all of us to try and grasp it.

I'd wonder who is the king of the South, except perhaps Egypt, which at this time is unlikely.

Interesting, I've always heard it would happen just before the GT or at it's beginning due to the massive cleanup in Ezek 39.
