Why do you watch me from your high and lofty ideals but never live up to them yourself,

Why do you watch me struggle then tell me the only way is what you know,

Why do you watch for ways of getting me on your good side but never try to get on my good side,

Why do you watch for signs of my weakness then command me with beliefs you can't prove,

Why do you do all this in the name of your god if your god is so true.
