Are you building on firm ground
On rock or sandy foundations?
Are you following the blue print
The architect gave,
Or adapting modern day plans
Making your foundations
On sinking sand,
Justifying your actions?


Whose Kindom are you building Are you building on firm foundations?
Building on promises of eternal salvation,
Using best practices
Written in stone??
Whose Kindom are you building?

Are you tearing down barns to build bigger?
Keeping ten percent back just in case
Building a fortress, castle, villa
with big iron bars,
gates to welcome,
So you can choose the ‘whosoever’

Whose Kindom are you building
Who’s the corner stone?
Has Jesus looked down ,
Saw a rock, and wanted to build His church in you
Whose Kindom are you building?



Will the gates of hell not prevail
Will the world tarnish the work?
Will it be abandoned, given up
Echos of a once grand edifice?
Whose kingdom are you building

Whose Kindom are you building
Are you laying up treasures in heaven?
Possessing the land, the ground God given?
Is this ‘your forever home’
Or are you ready for your mansion
Prepared for you in heaven?
 
OH my goodness.... my favourite topic.... DEATH.... HAHA.

I fondly refer to when I die as being called up to Kitchen duty.... I am READY.... I am so READY to get off this planet... yet I have accepted that I must be patient and wait till my number comes.

I think this might be the number ONE topic that I talk with Jesus about. I am like the kid that asks her daddy to read her another BEDTIME story... Please.... just one more.... HAHAHA.
