I love the Proverbs,they teach us how to walk with our fellow man.
Get knowledge....read,study and let the Spirit reveal.
Get understanding....rely on the HS as our teacher to graft the word into our hearts and it's truth.
Get wisdom from the knowledge and understanding the Spirit has shown you. THEN HAVE THE WISDOM TO APPLY IT TO YOUR OWN WALK AND SHARE IT WITH OTHERS!

Great observation: Yes, we can "read, study and let the Spirit reveal", BUT if we don't apply what we've learned to our everyday walk with Christ, it is of little or no real value. Just "words on a page"...nothing more.
