“God cares for you, so turn all your worries over to him.”
1 Peter 5:7

An average person’s anxiety is focused on :
o 40% -- things that will never happen
o 30% -- things about the past that can’t be changed
o 12% -- things about criticism by others, mostly untrue
o 10% -- about health, which gets worse with stress
o 8% -- about real problems that will be faced

Only our false-self worries about things not going ITS way.
Depression is worrying about all the things that have not gone ITS way (PAST).
Anger is worrying about the the things that are not going ITS way (NOW).
Anxiety is worrying about the things that might not go ITS way (FUTURE).

All this because we lack the faith that no matter what has, is, or will happen, we will be okay in Christ.
