Are we saved by Grace alone thru faith alone?

i have had go back and read all post. some things that seem confusing . baptism works all comes after salvation . saved by grace through faith Grace is all of God not of us. if we try to go anything past Grace . we made a major doctrinal error i have often said man keeps trying to improve on the plan of salvation . hold my hand say this prayer your saved (mass altar call) repeat after me. then take in a back room and council them. explain the paln of salvation the night i got saved i said God save me.. i was saved by the grace of God
water baptism done to us after saved, as not part of getting saved!
Are you equating baptism with "hold my hand say this prayer your saved (mass altar call) repeat after me. then take in a back room and council them. explain the plan of salvation", or are you saying 'that's the way many see baptism'?
my post has nothing to do with baptism .the post is saving grace water baptism does not save
i never said it did baptism follow salvation not precede

i will clarify my post when the Bible says saved by Grace through faith not of works . that is %100 scripture i am not reformed theology .i hold to free will through the GRACE of God is the only way to be saved . no amount of works no amount of baptism .only baptism is the baptism of the spirit . by one spirit are we baptized into the body of Christ that takes place at the new birth
So I guess to my question in post #144 you were referring to 'that's the way many see baptism'.
(I know your stance on baptism, I don't need to keep rereading it.)
