Avatar: The Way Of Water

Hi everyone. Anyone seen this movie yet? I wanna take my kids to see it, is there any homosexuality in it? It looks good and I think we'd enjoy it. :)

It is an amazing movie. There was a scene where the breasts including the nipples of one of the Na'vi were showing as she was floating in one of the tanks. There are no overt sex scenes in it and from what I could see no homosexuality in it. There might have been one mention of the "F" word. I would have no issues bringing my ten year old to see it.

The ocean is very much my element. So, with the movie mainly being around an ocean and having lots of marine animals, it was a movie right up my alley.

Okay cool thanks! That's very helpful. :)

You don’t say how old your children are, however if they have seen the first Avatar and you’re ok with the subject matter and they enjoyed it, then they are probably safe to watch Avatar 2 as it’s generally more of the same.

The big difference for younger people will be much of the story follows adolescents this time.

There is some swearing, one “F” bomb, and various other “swear” words and phrases, but probably nothing that isn’t heard on school grounds.

There is violence, some graphic although not a lot of blood is shown. There is a disturbing “whale hunt” and there are several battle scenes with one that is lengthy near the end.

I personally liked the movie but wish there was less violence.

Thanks! We're going to go see it tomorrow. 😍

Give us a review, I have heard from others it's quite good.
I haven't seen it but a friend wants to see a movie with me and I don't know what to pick. She says she avoids anything that's violent or got horror in it.

It was VERY good! I'm glad we went! It was just like part one but different story. :) We really enjoyed it. Lots of action and beautiful scenery, we saw it in 3D. I would say definitely go see it. 😍 The little Na'vi babies were so cute!

Oh, it does have some violent war scenes like in part one but not bloody or gory. 👍

The movie had a budget: $250 million USD and has already made $2.075 billion. The first one had a
budget of $237 million and made $2.923 billion USD. Looks like they are going all the way to Avitar 5, to be released in December 2028. Avitar 3 comes out in December 2024.

Rtm
Woohoo! I will be watching them! :D
