Of course I would very much enjoy talking with Paul, formerly Saul, over coffee.
I would ask, "What were you feeling the exact moment you realized Jesus was Lord? Describe that process."
I guess that odd idea came from one of my favorite hymns I play a night … this one rendition my CD is from the Nashville group Psalm 150-

before meeting Timothy I really have some I’m stumped questions especially for St. Polycarp - just how did he stand at that stake!
Then next to give St. Barnabas a big hug. I named my husband’s childhood Teddy Bear Barney I clutch every night. My husband’s name is Joseph which means kind which is Barnabas’s given name.

Finally I figured out I was being summoned across the street to my born from above neighbor’s home to meet Him personally in repentance and acceptance.

One moment you are a paladin in the service of The Most High, rounding up and slaying heretics in the name of God, then you are struck down by... something (no, it can't be that), then you are accursed, blind and slowly dying... then one of the apostates visits you and you are healed! Thank You, heavenly Father, that You see us even when we feel forgotten, forlorn, tainted, or stained. You don’t see that, instead You see Your grace covering us. I would think most everyone would ay Jesus!......Me too!
Second I think may be Samuel. He was a Prophet, Priest and Judge.
He was chosen to serve God before he was born as a result of a mothers prayer.
In Acts 3:20 Samuel is portrayed as the last of the judges and the first of the prophets. Few people in the Bible were as obedient to God as Samuel.
It will be interesting to sit and talk with him over a cup of coffee.
The one who fell off the ledge and died and Paul prayed over him to bring him back to life
I would always choose David. His faith made him strong. His sin, made him human. His attempt to hide his sin, made his sin even more famous. His repentance was thorough. By trying to be humble, he became great. By trying to become great, he was humbled.

My mother was coded Friday on the table - against living will and medical power directive - my daddy panicked.
Her 3rd major bone was being set.
She came out of the coma Saturday and
I asked her did she see the tunnel and the light at is end?
Bet the poor lad was dazed and confused huh “waking back” up.
Wonder what he saw while he “fell asleep?”
