Alphabet Soup Garden Varieties

Ive been thinking a lot about angels here lately
stuff just keeps popping up in my path
all kinds of little things I did not notice at first
here I am now posting but how much do we really know
they ask us to not be afraid when they deliver messages
have not always existed, but were created by our Father
seem to have order with three types and different ranks
two are given names in the kjv and other versions
seven archangels are named in the apocrypha
and these precious holy spiritual beings are sent to help us
:)

I look forward to discovering more about them
 
Hmmm...

The apocrypha has all kinds of information about things the seven archangels angels did.
I find this reading very interesting, and wonder why these "dead sea scrolls" were left out of the bible.
They contain the only record of how Hanukkah is to be celebrated.

Good morning, thenami;

I don't know if this will relate to your post. What came to mind are these shows on History or Discover that highlight a couple of guys who travel around the country discovering old relics and antiques. They're amazed at how many historical things that were a part of life back in the day end up in the most unusual places.

To be honest I don't watch anymore than a minute of these shows.

Perhaps it is the same reason the "dead sea scrolls" were omitted from the Bible. In my reasoning it didn't happen that way on purpose but these happenings have a connection to others like Hanukkah.

This was the FIRST post in this thread and it was the year of 2019.... WOW. Lookie how far it's come. HOW beautiful... I am going to do some serious READING here.

might our father in heaven grant us with tolerance
to accept those friends we wish to help but cannot,
to love them unconditionally even when it hurts
to forgive their faults even though we fought,

in the name of Jesus Christ might we find the strength
to pray for those whom need to control their finance,
to understand their pain sorrows and woes
to lead those struggling in life to needed guidance,

might we pray for one another on this site
no matter whom we think is wrong or right~


Fair warning Im a typo queen so I will post lots of mistakes. We are humans after all... till we are made whole in heaven one day...
 
bobinfaith, I can only guess these apocryphal books were originally omitted because they create so controversy when rightly dividing biblical scriptures. Therefore, deeper divulging still makes me wonder. Is not all scripture controversial in its own way because It defies the logic of science to the world? I read everything with an open heart and let it speak to me, because we are all crated differently. One passage might mean something completely different to you, than it does to me. I believe it is all there for us to learn from in any pace, time, or source.

There is so much I can say that is in my heart, but alas I will not do so. I need to remember I am female and stay in my lane.

I miss the way I looked at the world
through the lenses of youthful ignorance
in constant awe and wonder of the unknown
without a care of the dangers which lurked nearby

then it hit me like a snowball with a rock in it
as it smacked me right in the face with a big bruise
and taught me to question everything I knew
one obscured fact at a time I learned the lies

how I miss the joy and innocence of frivolity
which I once tasted quickly like melted ice cream
I gobbled up experiences with passion and hunger
but now I simply know way more than is fair

life certainly throws tribulation around like dice
but it is never a lucky day when it finds us
as many have endured enough for several lives
I am thankful for the hope of heaven

as our Father in heaven will delete our humanity
and the anguish we have been forced to endure
