One of our neighbors was involved in a Charismatic “church.” My neighbor - who was born from above - and I visited once this other neighbors assembly. It was bizarre with dancing’ in the aisles and banners and strange dancing. Woman conducting the show uttering strange Pentecostal gibberish. Felt really weird and scary. Definitely not the Holy Spirit there but some sort of demonic presence. We left just shaking our heads.
Nope thinking of another. Sure Schuller a feel good-er but not him selling Jesus said take the jabs.
Think “fundamentalist” “evangelical” and advisor to Modern Presidents. Huge venues and alter calls. The inheritor of this ministry carries on today known for its “philanthropic” gifts to children.
Look for any “charity” for its overhead rating.

I am not comfortable with this statement personally.
I was not comfortable at all being told to take the COVID shots by a “religious” leader because he said Jesus said to take them either.
To not take the shots meant we were not Christians.

Mabel... a lot of religious/Christian leaders said many things. The problem I have is people who make claims that are not
accurate. I don't have a problem that you have an opinion on the covid vaccine... I have a problem with your calling it
a bio-weapon. If you simply state... "IN my opinion"... that changes everything. This is all I am saying.
I do not argue with others regarding the pandemic.... some people got the vaccines and some did not. Sadly... many Christians
turned this into an unnecessary and very cruel divide. This is when the RIGHT FIGHTERS all came out of the wood work... and this
"attitude" was the cause of much angst within families.
It is my opinion that none of this was CHRISTIAN.
I got 2 covid vaccines after the second year. I CHOSE to do so. This does not make me less of a CHRISTIAN than those who chose NOT to.

Thank you for the invitation to PM you, but the world and COVID went through a tumultuous time, one of divide and chaotic protest. I was there, the Lord got many of us past it and I choose not to digress, instead, move forward for the Kingdom.
We're aware many people are still battling with the ongoing virus. This is where incessant prayer to the Lord comes in for all of us.

As I was reading this thread Amazing How many Cults arose just in 19 Century that got us to this topic, I have to say I'm with you on this one. I ended up getting 6 jabs and in 2021 laid in bed for two weeks. It felt weird and I slept alot. My doctor prescribed Paxlovid, a pill. I popped it and at the end of two weeks felt better, and stronger.
You're right. There was a lot of divide, sadly with families. Blame is still being circulated in the political stage. I choose not to take the place of Jesus, judge or attempt to make expert statements.
Instead, we strive to be supportive of those who may still be sick and have all the faith the Lord hears our prayers. That is the bigger picture.
This thread will continue to be monitored.

Can you clarify what you are talking about here?? I know you are ill and I remember you mentioning
friends of yours who are also at the end stages of life. Is this what you are referring to?

Apparently he does not understand what the Apostle Paul clearly stated in his letters delineating the gift.
This sort of heresy can be very damaging as new followers of I AM need our support in their conversion infancy not our discouragement.
I come beside all who are seeking maturity still early in their walk. I received this buoying up from those who walked before me by Holy Spiritual APPOINTMENTs.
Our Pastor addressed this important tenet of THE FAITH the need for fellowship and support that the Church of I AM must embrace. We need to reach out NOW with so many at the very GATE. The numbers suffering in the billions. We all know those struggling in our intimate circles.
May The LORD of all MERCY and GRACE send His ministering Holy Angels of Protection and Healing to all in need.

My heart is breaking for those who were thrown into fear to make a rash decision. I tried my best to share the solid research findings but was ignored.
I would send you my brother’s picture but it is hard to bear. I minister to his wife his caregiver. He can no longer speak on the phone to us.
My husband and I were not of those who chose this path of fear given the research available starting in 2019.
My illness is unrelated to this debacle. My heart failure and hypertensive crisis now a matter of process since 2011. Both my parents died in their early 70s. My father from congestive heart failure and my mother of multiple myeloma.
Enough said please the pain of this regret is all but unbearable.

I am so very sorry that you bear the burden of such grief. Our duty FIRST and FOREMOST is to LOVE one another... bearing each other's
burdens. I believe we are all doing the best we can... and again... I will stress that each one of us has the RIGHT to live according to our conscience.
