Program watching includes older movies, non-violent Disney classics, and more wholesome series viewing like "Call the Midwife".
Weaning myself off ready to eat, processed foods, red meats, most gluten, sugar, salt, and "junk" has also changed my perspective.
The products I use in the house are fragrance free, or all natural like cleaning with soap, baking soda and vinegar.
I wont even spray a disinfectant, so I dont breathe the chemicals. Im concerned with my footprint too. Do we recycle/reuse?
Do we plant trees, pick up garbage, compost, donate household goods not in use, buy used, and walk/ride a bike to save gas?
Are showering/flushing/clothes washing habits designed with water conservation being a concern?
Is you home as cluttered as your mind, filled with things that dont need to be there?
Have you used everything you own within the last five years? How about the last six months?
