Check for 2nd fallen angels descending.

Discern “brood of vipers.”

Last comment on this for me.
Elaborate on "2nd fallen angel desending.

Matthew 12:32-37 = "brood of vipers".
Jesus used that term to ID a group of people characterized by deceit, malice, and hypocrisy.

Today we would call that same group....."Liberal Demoncrates"!

More on the theory of why the "seed line" of evil continued after The Flood (besides a possible/probable? post flood 2nd fallen angels event).

Here are some very controversial Appendices from E.W. Bullinger's KJV of The Companion Bible - one may want to peruse (or not).
He is a pre-trib (won't go there on if that is correct doctrine type) Dispensationalist unlike his contemporary Spurgeon.

All 198 Appendixes to the Companion Bible by Dr. E.W. Bullinger

Is there such a thing as "an ancestral curse"?

Why Did Noah Curse Canaan?

Descendants of Cain

(Aside I just saw the re-runs on Story TV - Biography recorded on my DVR.
It aired on Sunday 12/21.
Quite interesting!
"Noah and the Ark: Voyage to a New Beginning."

[Had an idea re: Enoch (we won't go there again on that closed thread but...) went into how Noah got the knowledge to build the Ark besides the few directions in Scripture of materials and construction techniques recorded.
(Not sure I buy into their supposition re: Enoch / Methuselah hmmmm.)]

Enjoy (or not) these rather tedious details.

One MUST use Holy Scriptural Discernment at all times praying within the confines always of The Holy Spirit for guidance.

Scripture proves Scripture; Iron Sharpens Iron; Precept Upon Dividing The Word of GOD I AM.

Mabel, God spoke directly to Noah with the directions and dimentions for the Ark.

Genesis 6:13......
"So God said to Noah, “I am going to put an end to all people, for the earth is filled with violence because of them. I am surely going to destroy both them and the earth. So make yourself an ark of cypress wood; make rooms in it and coat it with pitch inside and out. "

Now, Biblically speaking.........only Noah received the promise, as shown by the genealogy in Genesis 5. Apart from the family holding the seed promise, no other families were called by God into faith. Therefore, only Noah's family was saved on the ark. NO one from the evil line of Cain survived the flood.

That means that while the Bible does not explicitly state that an evil seed line continued after the flood, I think that we all know and understand that the human heart remains susceptible to sin and evil.

After the flood, the seed promise continued forward, as recorded in Genesis 10 & 11 eventually landing on Abraham. So every man mentioned in Genesis 11:10-26 between Shem and Abram are part of the seed line, and therefore each man was saved by faith.

Maj,

What is meant by "the world" of Cain generation was destroyed?
Was this destruction the entire planet or just the "known world" of humans during this time period that was recorded swept away?

Some suggest - EW Bullinger for one - that a second fallen angels deluge occurred.
Could it be so? Personally not prepared to say one way or another.

But what of Ham and the "uncovering of Noah?"
Let's discuss just what this means.
There are theories...

What is the seed line of Ham and was it corrupted through the curse placed on his son by Noah?

Just where did the "brood of vipers" Jesus speaks of vehemently issue from?
The corrupted priesthood perhaps GOD rejected in the Book of Micah?

Now check out the latest thread introduced on The Genesis Mission.
We are about to enter a very prophetic next step that Pandora's Box is unleashing.
Sheer hubris!
Man creating "life" artificial at that... as if our grasp of intelligence can be trusted in 0s and 1s.
The humans in the Garden only had to make a binary choice of 0 or 1 and made the wrong one.

Where are we as in "The Days of Noah?" progression?

How should we operate in this seemingly the Ezekiel Generation journey with navigation of The Holy Spirit traverse through these times?

Evil seed line? Thought pretty much all of the humns at time of flood were evil and wicked?

Evil seed line? Thought pretty much all of the humns at time of flood were evil and wicked?

Kinda wondered gee since all evil Cain line was supposedly wiped out how’s come is it evil took over to the extent it is now?

hmmm 🤔

One would think given a supposed “clean start” and Noah and his folks saw what happened to the evil ones yet evil comes roaring back.

Has to be chalked up I guess to human prideful stupidity then ?

My hand 🤚 is raised as one who knows she’s stupid. And not happy about that.

Some fine time I hope to put on more of Christ when I pass. No more evil.

They were but The question was........" why the "seed line" of evil continued after The Flood"?

Genesis 6:5.......
"And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually."

There were NO desendants of Cain that survived the flood. Only 8 people survived and they were Noah's family.

There has always been a debate on whether the flood was world wide or only in the Middle East.

Genesis 7:11 clearly says.......
“all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.”

Genesis 7:19-23 seems to say that the flood was world wide.........
“They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered. The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than twenty feet. Every living thing that moved on the earth perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; men and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.”

You asked....
"Some suggest - EW Bullinger for one - that a second fallen angels deluge occurred.
Could it be so? Personally not prepared to say one way or another.

NO. There are NO Bible Scriptures to support that idea.

You asked.......
"But what of Ham and the "uncovering of Noah?"

Genesis 9:22........
"And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brothers outside."

In literal terms, all that this verse tells us is that Ham saw Noah's drunken nakedness, and told his brothers about it. However......
Noah's reaction later in the passage, however, certainly suggests an offense more involved than simply seeing Noah naked and going to tell others, rather than helping him. What that was we will not know till we get to heaven and ask him.

You asked..........
"What is seed line of Ham"?

Ham had four sones, Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. Interestingly is that one of the most vile and corrupt people to ever live were the "Canaanites"!

You asked.....
"Where are we as in "The Days of Noah?" progression?"

Jesus did not tell us to speculate about dates. He told us to discern the days.
The Days of Noah was not occasional failure — it was continual corruption.

1.
Truth was replaced by human reasoning. Today, secularism, relativism, and spiritual compromise dominate culture. Even within churches, biblical authority is often softened to gain cultural acceptance.

2.
There was technical advancement without any moral considerations.
Cain’s descendants were builders, musicians, and craftsmen and Innovation flourished, but righteousness did not.

3.
There was total violence and social breakdown. There was war, abuse, human trafficking, complete lawlessness, and hatred.

4.
Sexual Perversions were normal.

5.
Prosperity replaced conviction. Better rich than righteouse.

6. Faithful preaching was ignored. Faithful preaching does not always produce repentance — but it always bears witness. Noah was the only man in the world to preach with conviction and truth.

Now after YOU read that........YOU tell me what the days of Noah and today have in common!

Have to wonder 💭 just how much more evil GOD will put up with before the last human is born then He says ENOUGH!? Who will be the last saint born?
That is a good question.

I preached a sermon several times, especially at revival meetings that the scariest day in the world is when a convicting salvation sermon is given and low and behold a man walking down the isle to be saved. "THAT" man just may be "THE" man that God determined 100 billion years ago to be the last man to come to Christ. THAT man would then complete the church and BOOM!

Certainly sis.

"Positional Sanctification" is the fact that when you accept Jesus as the Christ you are a saved individual. You are declared Not Guilty because you are now IN Christ by faith and we are saved from the ultimate penalty of sin.

At that moment, the moment we accept Christ, we as believers are brought out of darkness into the light. Our position before God has been changed forever. No longer dead in trespasses, we are made alive together with Christ according to Ephesians 2:5.

So then.....where is the Lord Jesus Christ now??? He is in heaven at the right hand of the Father. Since we are IN Christ then POSITIONALLY we are already in heaven with Him we just have not died yet. Because salvation is an act of the Spirit, the believer’s new position cannot change, be lost, or be given back. We cannot “un-save” ourselves, nor can we alter our position before God through any of our works or the lack thereof.

"Practical Sanctification" is the fact that right now, today, you are sittting at your computer reading this information. It is the ongoing process of becoming more like Christ in our daily lives as we live those lives. Practical sanctification refers to the actual, lived-out experience of holiness as we grow in obedience to God and reflect His character.

Take the time to read all of Leviticus 18. It provides a list of sins that Israel was to avoid at all costs:
incest, child sacrifice, homosexuality, and bestiality.

The Canaanites descend from the grandson of Noah, Canaan. He was under the curse from God because of his sin against Noah.

In Numbers 13, when the spies report back of the strong people who have large fortified cities, it is the Canaanites whom they are referring to.

Now, All these sins were practiced by the people of Canaan: Lev. 18:24-27.....
“This is how the nations that I am going to drive out before you became defiled. Even the land was defiled; so I punished it for its sin, and the land vomited out its inhabitants. . . . All these things were done by the people who lived in the land before you, and the land became defiled”.

Because of these sins and abominations, God determined that His people Israel would inhabit the Promised Land of Cannan.

God had given the Canaanite people over 400 years to repent (Genesis 15:13–16). Then came judgment day. God could have used any means to destroy the Canaanites, but He chose to use the Israelites as the instrument of judgment. This method not only rid the world of an evil and deeply depraved society, but it also provided a ready-made home for God’s chosen people, the Hebrews.

WOW Maj!
