There were NO desendants of Cain that survived the flood. Only 8 people survived and they were Noah's family.
There has always been a debate on whether the flood was world wide or only in the Middle East.
Genesis 7:11 clearly says.......
“all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened.”
Genesis 7:19-23 seems to say that the flood was world wide.........
“They rose greatly on the earth, and all the high mountains under the entire heavens were covered. The waters rose and covered the mountains to a depth of more than twenty feet. Every living thing that moved on the earth perished—birds, livestock, wild animals, all the creatures that swarm over the earth, and all mankind. Everything on dry land that had the breath of life in its nostrils died. Every living thing on the face of the earth was wiped out; men and animals and the creatures that move along the ground and the birds of the air were wiped from the earth. Only Noah was left, and those with him in the ark.”
You asked....
"Some suggest - EW Bullinger for one - that a second fallen angels deluge occurred.
Could it be so? Personally not prepared to say one way or another.
NO. There are NO Bible Scriptures to support that idea.
You asked.......
"But what of Ham and the "uncovering of Noah?"
Genesis 9:22........
"And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father and told his two brothers outside."
In literal terms, all that this verse tells us is that Ham saw Noah's drunken nakedness, and told his brothers about it. However......
Noah's reaction later in the passage, however, certainly suggests an offense more involved than simply seeing Noah naked and going to tell others, rather than helping him. What that was we will not know till we get to heaven and ask him.
You asked..........
"What is seed line of Ham"?
Ham had four sones, Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan. Interestingly is that one of the most vile and corrupt people to ever live were the "Canaanites"!
You asked.....
"Where are we as in "The Days of Noah?" progression?"
Jesus did not tell us to speculate about dates. He told us to discern the days.
The Days of Noah was not occasional failure — it was continual corruption.
1.
Truth was replaced by human reasoning. Today, secularism, relativism, and spiritual compromise dominate culture. Even within churches, biblical authority is often softened to gain cultural acceptance.
2.
There was technical advancement without any moral considerations.
Cain’s descendants were builders, musicians, and craftsmen and Innovation flourished, but righteousness did not.
3.
There was total violence and social breakdown. There was war, abuse, human trafficking, complete lawlessness, and hatred.
4.
Sexual Perversions were normal.
5.
Prosperity replaced conviction. Better rich than righteouse.
6. Faithful preaching was ignored. Faithful preaching does not always produce repentance — but it always bears witness. Noah was the only man in the world to preach with conviction and truth.
Now after YOU read that........YOU tell me what the days of Noah and today have in common!
