How do you view using Creeds and Confessions along with the Bible?

Creeds and confessions are simply docrinal summaries. They were developed during times of widespread illiteracy to help people learn doctrine. They're not really needed today.

Creeds are a good way to summarize what we believe as Christians; it's a good way to explain to a non Christian what the beliefs are.

As a Southern Baptist, IMHO, I believe that a creed or statement faith aloows for the church to tell the world of its stance on the Biblical truths that surround us.

The development of the creeds helps us understand the boundaries of Christian orthodoxy. Within the church, pastors and other leaders should be teaching the basis of our doctrinal belief, because it is vitally important to building a robust doctrinal foundation in a post-modern world.
