Yes, an eternal Creator is not part of the creation, nor is He created.
God breathed into man.
Verse7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
When you do CPR you do this (as well as chest compressions). but the breathing is important, without it, that person is pretty much dead. Someone can be animated, but without any actual life in them (eg zombies, intoxicated drug addicts, people in comas)
