Lets Make Fun Of The Clown Thread

No soda, don't eat after 7 pm. Drink lots of water to flush system. Don't over eat and eat portions when you do eat. Make sure you eat small meals between normal meals. Stay away from deep fat fried foods. This should be a good start, and don't forget to weight train.
Cools. But, I love Pepsi, and ice-cream and cake!. How can I give those up? Plus I can bake...
Ah temptations. :(

Oh -- more. Besides giving up Pepsi and the other things I wrote, I also bought a full set of smaller dinner plates. Seriously, this helps! And that water-drinking Lance brought up! That was a life saver! As were the small meals between meals.

Hey any of you guys know anything about Skype and those kind of video deals? Had a friend on FB that wanted me to make a video connection and then I noticed my pc nor laptop had a camera...bought one and was wondering what the best set-up was...remember I am just a simple country boy, before anyone makes fun of me...:(

How do get an account...just sign-up like everything else?
yep make a free account. You can put it on your phone also :). But Skype is more for video calling if that is what you are going to do. You can use your video camera just to record videos and then you can post them.

Yeah I use Skype, only for business though. Just connect your camera and it'll probably read it

I tried to tell the wife about my workout, I don't think she really cared. So I've come to tell you guys..
Basically I've completed the first stage. First stage I stayed in the 8-12 rep range just to warm up.
Next stage is the 1-2 rep ranges. Meaning if I can lift it more than 2 times I need to increase the weight. I'm doing some similar to Hugh Jackmans workout but with a twist.
As for as diet goes...what I'm going to try and do is have low carb on lifting days and no carbs on resting days
