Should any Christian Hold to Theistic Evolution then?

Nevertheless, unless internet information comes from a university or government website, it cannot be trusted. Anyone can post anything on the internet. That information from the cryptozoologist cranks is one example.
Not all Cryptozoologists are quacks though, and there have been several credible sightings of unknown or presumed now extinct animals, along with Ufo sightings

If cryptozoologists were legitimate scientists, they would be accepted members of the global scientific community, and their works would appear in peer reviewed scientific journals; they would also be eligible for research funding from the government and legitimate foundations. The very name CRYPTOzoologist is itself very revealing. It means the study of secret animals. They're in the same class with UFOlogists.

Cryptozoology is a subject that is not taught at any accredited university, and none offers degrees in the subject. Cryptozoologists are a group of obsessed, self-taught amateurs with no legitimate basis for acceptance of their work.

No, many of them went to the same universities got same degrees just that the evolution scientists refuse to publish peer review them due to their preconceived bias and mind set

Only a minority of them have doctoral degrees, and those few are mentally unbalanced. Their work is not published in legitimate publications for the same reason any research from flat earthers isn't published--it's nothing but pure bunk. There is no such thing as a PhD in Cryptozoology.

With myriad satellites circling the globe having cameras with resolution so fine that they can spot a dime lying on sidewalk, I'm surprised that one of those mysterious creatures hasn't been detected by their lenses.

But, maybe those crypto critters have become so satellite savvy that they hastily hide from those pesky aerial peepers.

I very much enjoy some of Graham Hancock's lectures. He paints a compelling argument for lost civilizations. His Bimini Road thesis is extraordinary.

Of course, "Ancient Aliens" with Giorgio Tsoukalos is still the GOAT. 😂

Think taht would be due to there being asupoernatural deminic aspect to much of the Ufos and aliens sightings

Ancient Alien beliefs though are all wrong, as I suspect much of what they attribute to outer space aliens was actually demonic in origin

While the Greeks didn't use the term "pterosaurs", they did have accounts of flying creatures that some speculate might have been inspired by observations of real animals, including those that might be considered "flying lizards".
The Greek historian Herodotus, for example, described winged snakes in Arabia and Egypt. While these accounts could be referring to actual gliding snakes found in some parts of the world today, or possibly even large flying insects like locusts, it's also possible that these narratives were influenced by stories or sightings of animals with characteristics resembling flying reptiles, possibly even pterosaurs, though this is debated among scholars.
It is important to note that the word "pterosaur" itself is Greek, meaning "winged lizard". Although pterosaurs lived alongside dinosaurs, they were a distinct group of flying reptiles.
n the field of cryptozoology, the term "living dinosaurs" refers to purported creatures, often described as resembling dinosaurs, that are believed by some to exist in remote regions despite lacking scientific evidence. The most prominent example is Mokele-mbembe, a creature said to inhabit the Congo Basin.
And........everyone has seen Bigfoot. He is in Tennessee, Arkansas, Russia, China, Florida. He must be traveling by jet airplane to be in all of those locations and of course the question is....with everyone having a camera in their phone, why has there never been a picture taken?

Everyone says they have seen an Alian.
Same as above.

Everyone says that they have seen a UFO.
Same as above.

Come on brother, you will have to do better than that.

As "Biblelover" stated...............
"I don't give such pseudosciences any more credibility than I do the UFO shows on the history channel. Therefore, with respect, I can only consider your evidence as fabrications by nut cases which have taken you in with their fantastic imaginations."

God could have said evenings and mornings to appease the old earthers.
Obviously, we have made our stances quite clear to each other, and from here we would just have to agree to disagree agreeably. Have a great day.
With all respect and Christian love, I agree, however....there is actually nothing to disagree on.

If you will Remember, I stated that I was not advocating Young or Old Earth theology, only explaining the theology.

If you don't believe that early historians exaggerated and even recorded myths as historic truth, try reading Heroditus sometime.

Ufos and aliens to me are demoinc deceptions of the last end times, but why would it be so hard to not at least axcept that vast areas of earth still unexplored, why no=t change of some animals held to be extinct be really alive?

Alligators and Crocidiles survived and are very large, why no other animals?
Wrong question, the question should be why should other animals have survived, not why shouldn't they, since the burden of proof always lies with the positive claim, in this case, the positive claim being made is that other animals did survive. It's up to you to prove that assertion. Negatives cannot be proven.
