Ok, ok....c'mon Bob...you've heart of PBJ's haven't you? PB is peanut butter. You are gonna have to go back to the Garage to brush up on our vocabulary here. 😆

Aw, come on, brother, give me a break. lol! My 8 year old niece also asked me for a PB&J and I had to ask, what's that? She rolled her eyes up. 🙄

Anyway, now I know! 😎👍

Bob.... Bob.... BOB..... This place would NOT be the same without YOU.

I'm not great with acronyms either... Sometimes... it's like a foreign language.

This has brought me GREAT JOY ( at your expense... HAHAHA ). The anticipation of how Mr. Moose was going to handle the whole situation. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA and still HAHAHAHAHA!!!

I still like my answer... PB cups. ( Pastor Bob cups ).... Sorry I fibbed to you. ( NO I AM NOT!!! )
I will continue to take advantage of your WEAKNESS.... HAHAHA... and Mr. Moose would make the SAME exact STATEMENT.... I am most certain. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

BRB..... Bring radishes BOB.

BCTB..... Bring chocolate tomatoes Bob. HAHAHAHAHAHA

I shampooed the carpets, and cleaned most of the house. I still need to mop, and scrub my bathroom.
One small section at a time is my speed of movement today.

It is hot, humid, and at almost 8am, I still dont want to go outside. Weeds have taken over my flower bed and I dont care today.
They can happily grow till we have some cloud cover with rain.

Im gonna share my chocolate with In Awe of Him in the cabin living room. Sounds like a good plan.

Speaking of CHOCOLATE....

All over my feeds... I am seeing this viral DUBAI pistachio chocolate CRAZE going on. I'm not usually into these TRENDS.... but OH MY GOODNESS.... after watching a few videos on how to make the pistachio filling home-made.... I am IN... I think this might take me to a whole new dimension. HAHA.

The problem is in the ingredients. Kataifi pastry... being the number one problem.... I am on a SEARCH for this amazing product.. .which I am hoping to find at one of my grocery stores.

This chocolate sells for CRAZY money.... but home made.... OH my goodness... That is on my BUCKET list of things to do. HA

The Greek culture also makes kataifi. However, it really is a pain to make and I choose not to.
Pistachios on the other hand, can also be used to make a Turkish style baklava.

Oh my goodness... BAKLAVA.... DIVINE.....

I have watched several You Tube videos and ONE of them showed the home made version of Kataifi. YOU are CORRECT... it is a fussy project.... basically squeezing the runny dough ( that is thin like a crepe batter ) out of a contraption that looks like a potato ricer. NOPE... not happening. HA

I am almost 100% certain that I will be able to find it at one of our grocery stores.

This morning... I am off to the bank and to pick up my new glasses which are now single vision instead of bi-focals.
My vision is going to be a challenge without the bi-focals but I am hoping it won't be too difficult to adjust. I will have to account for that middle distance that won't be covered. No clue how frustrating that will be. HA.

My cousin is going to pick me up for coffee... and it's supposed to be a nice hot day.

HAPPY MONDAY.

Tomorrow we are celebrating CANADA DAY at the CABIN and then on Friday... we will be celebrating the US holiday.

I will be gone on my road trip with Margaret on Friday...

Have a wonderful day!!!
