Maybe you and I could do a travelling ROAD show next year.... DA Moose and DA Sheep on a travelling tour to find out WHO makes the Best Peanut butter cups. HAHAHA.... I crack myself up.
Ok. I've been out of circulation for about a month. Why this obsession with Peanut butter Cups and mooses?!?
Did you know that someone was once eating peanut butter and another was eating chocolate and they bumped into each other! lol!

One thing I learn and never knew was that exercise is great for your brain. Years ago (10), I was really sick and was very weak after recovering. I do IT work, and I was showing early signs of Dementia. I could not think, and my problem-solving was slow and horrible. I was going to leave my job because I felt I could not do it anymore.
The girl at the gym told me about a fitness challenge. I was over 340 pounds. That year, I lost over 100 pounds, and my mind sprang back with a vengeance. I felt 10 years younger.
I got sick again, gained some weight back, and I am doing it again.

I have to confess that since I have started working... I am not taking my long morning walks.... but I am spending 7 hours straight on my feet... and I am finding that difficult. I need some good shoes.
I too gained 10 pounds over this last year... but have now successfully taken it off but that is thanks to my diabetes medication.
It is truly a struggle to maintain a balanced life.... ( at least for me ). I am entering the colder months in good form... so the challenge will be to maintain that over the winter months.

We are at the end of October... oh my!!! the leaves are now 80% gone and the neighbourhood is on a raking frenzy. HA
I am off on an adventure this morning with my niece and then back to work for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Friday is my tradition of going out for supper with my friend Margaret and then a sleep-over ( with the dog in my bed )= the best part because she does NOT sleep with the dog... but I do. HAHA.
So... a nice and busy week ahead.
Lots of costume parties going on this week so word to the wise.... Don't trust your eyes.
Spaghetti and meatballs do not bark.. and they don't walk... and should never be served with fur
because that stuff gets stuck in your throat. Just sayin.
Elvis Presley is DEAD. Do not listen the conspiracy theories!!
This is NOT gramma.... and she does NOT have cookies at her house.
The Catholic church does NOT need donations for the poor.
Michael Jackson is also dead.
