There are false preachers out there. Like preachers who teach baptismal regeneration. I had this experience happen in my hometown at a Church of Christ.

Baptismal regeneration is the position that baptism isn't merely a symbol, but something strongly connected to one's process in salvation. Some of us here to hold to this and some here do not.

We've had this discussion about a thousand times.
