Psa 113:1 Praise ye the LORD. Praise, O ye servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD.
Psa 113:2 Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and for evermore.
Psa 113:3 From the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same the LORD'S name is to be praised.

Of David. When he pretended to be insane before Abimelech, who drove him away, and he left.

1 I will extol the LORD at all times;
his praise will always be on my lips.
2 My soul will boast in the LORD;
let the afflicted hear and rejoice. 3 Glorify the LORD with me;
let us exalt his name together.

The phrase " At All Times " . It does not matter whether in the good times or the Bad , we bless the Lord . He is our Maker . He is our God who is all knowing all sufficient all comforting all seeing , everlasting . The Great I Am .

When one thinks of when david wrote this ; after he pretended to be insane before Abimelech , who drove him away and he left.

Abimelech was a cruel Philistine King at that time . David had to stand before this King after he just defeated Goliah . How stressful must that have been .

But bottom line , when we fully put our trust in God , he never fails , and just the Same God who delivered David delivers us today when we rely wholly and completely on Him .
