pain pain go away dont come back another day...

Its been a struggle suffering with back pain these past few days. I know it can be worse.
Life in general is very good so I have no complaints only thanks.
I am trying to drink a cup of tea and rest in a position I find tolerable.
Faith is a good thing cause I have it and know I will feel better!
Yes, indeed I will feel another less pain day soon!

Till then Im gonna sit here in God's hands knowing hes got me.

Father in the name of your Son Jesus Christ ease the pain of those suffering tonight that might be reading this.
Im sure my issues pale in comparison. Calm their spirits, feed their soul, and dress their wounds with love. Amen.

We all have different paths in life, molded from our life experiences. when I sit at the oceanside thinking
and sand between toes is tickling me,
I sip my Yeti filled with ice drinking
while at my happiest place by the sea,

deep emerald blue gray wash of humans
floating among rolling foam listening,
in sunshine funshine baking with Ray-Bans
on top of my tans tans tan glistening,

my mind is filled with the ease of the day
as the stunner breeze billows through my head,
supplying rocks with fresh air as I lay
in a shoreline dug hole its now a bed,

as the gentle wash cools me for hours
and I pray in thanks for His ocean powers :)
 
Ive been trying really hard
to go to the gym every morning
but these old bones
dont always cooperate
the good thing is
Im down roughly 10 pounds
on an empty stomach
without shoes on
its those few extra items
that give me the courage
needed to keep on this path
of self transformation
I pray every time on a mat
and meditate with breathing
silently and diligently
doing my thing
what ever that might be
some combo of yoga
relaxation with stretches
my own little developed routine
exercise for the brain and spirit
along with a cool down
maybe I should put it in a bottle
and send it out to sea
will it reach someone far away?
sounds too much like littering
I think I will just wake up tomorrow
do my nautilus machines thing
and sit on a mat to pray
one more time...
(and come home to eat some veggies and have a cup of chai)

if anything has something they want me to pray about
let me know cause Im delivering requests

Father in the name of your Son Jesus Christ~ Please touch those whom need heartfelt kindness. Feed the hungry children, shelter them from the storms of this world. Let them have clean drinking water and safety from the meanness of poverty. Help the homeless and those whom cannot help themselves. Bring happiness and laughter to those whom need it the most. Remind the fortunate how lucky they are and inspire minimalization of belongings with donations to people they know, and teach us all to be a lot more humbly meek. Amen.

just a quiet Wednesday
did some house work
I do have a laundry mountain
screaming wash me now!
as I think back no not yet
Im being lazy, vey lazy
for a few more minutes
with not a care in the world
as I sit snuggled comfortably
on this lavender infused
4 inch mattress topper
the memory foam kind
ordered off the net
delivered with ease
I am frozen with it
on top of my bedding
wondering if Im ever
gonna move my pillow haven
and all this bedding
to actually place it
where it needs to be
but alas Im lazy, very lazy
sinking slowly into bliss...
 
thank you Father for this beautiful day
it was made with love from the beginning,
it doesnt matter that is sky is gray
for your heaven light is always brimming,

that holy spirit glow comes from your hand
might your sparkle be seen inside of me,
as your great love rains across this dry land
and quenches what grows as far as I see,

while I await for some of your Son shine
warm in compassionate heat basking,
knowing forever forgiveness divine
is a gift for those sincerely asking,

thinking how lucky I am here alright
as you watch over me daily and night~

sometimes I feel indifferent
to my own personal journey
like someone else walked in these shoes
they arent mine at all
like a pair of ugly Crocs
or huge Birkenstocks
both of which
are perfectly comfortable
but remain the ugliest shoes
made on this planet
so I sit here lost
but Ive been lost here before
time and time again
you would think I know my way around
the endless threads tangled in a mess
but alas I do not
even when they are my own
as I visit some long forgotten strands
and its a darn terrific thing
that God can find me in here
cause he always knows
right where I am...

sometimes I read myself
and I wonder what was going through my head
then I remember maybe someone needed to read what I wrote
and I leave it right here in Gods hands
where he wanted it to be
as peace and love make the world a better place

whomever needs healing in their heart may you touch them with your great love
might they find the compassion they need through the body of believers
send brothers and sisters their way Lord to help raise them up from this darkness into brighter light
might they feel the love to heal these great wounds inflicted by daily struggles as humans
may they learn to let go and let you Father into their lives developing relationships with the modern day saints
might it be your will through your great love, compassion, forgiveness, righteousness, mercy, and grace
may others join in this prayer so wherever two members are joined there you are
may we all find our purpose according to your current will

I do not wish to be Firey like the sun
for it is nothing but a hot head
radiating heat forwards without a care
playing hide and seek with the clouds

I do not wish to be like the Earth
revolving around daily day into night
over and over the same routine
from sea to land to mountain

I do not wish to be like the stars
that believe they are much better
that the sun earth or planets
thinking they shine the brightest

I wish to be like the beautiful moon
sheading some sight into darkness
so those who need it find their way
as I lend the Lords light along their path
 
I am so sorry, Sister. I though this thread was about SOUPS so I've missed a lot. Now I'm going to have to put in time to read and absorb WORDS, which I love. I love to read,read,read ! Thank you and again im sorry ive been missing this.
