An Original Cartoon A Day

Go to YouTube. Search "watercolor tutorial". There are so many excellent online teachers, and it's free!
YouTube isn't going to give me a colour wheel that I can have to keep. I will indeed watch some tutorials... but I also want a physical book.
I am in the process of looking what might be the best guide for me. I need to see written word in order to understand things.

Done. All done. That was a whirlwind of creativity. Three cats in three weeks. Whew!
Oh my goodness..... I think Bootsy is my favourite.... and I think you perfectly captured this sadness you saw in him.
It's funny how animals truly have such SEPARATE and UNIQUE personalities and dispositions.

I am overjoyed to see that you have taken the task of creating to heart... and actually doing it.

I am doing the same... and now that I have that palette of primary colours and I have cut some of my watercolour paper down to form little canvases... I will begin to experiment. I'm still so confused at to the absence of white in the watercolour world... that just does not seem right to me... I was told that the white is the paper... in the watercolour world.... and that makes no sense to me.

Anyways.... Thank you for sharing the story of your 3 boys... It was such a JOY to see them being birthed with paint.
