I'm kinda with Dan in the Lion's Den about whoever runs. But when I read that Hilary helped spend tax payer money on mosques, it really ticked me off. Still - I'd rather have anyone else but Obama.

I loved the Star Wars saga too (big sci-fi fan here) but I liked the 1st 3 better than the 2nd set prequel (albeit - the budget was way bigger). But much as I would like to see Chooey and Harrison go home, we will be in the biggest drama in history, if all things predicted come true. why is she running for President? I thought she was the wife of Bill Clinton. Does she not remember what happened when he was in presidency? The shame.
That was the most shocking thing I remember, ugh. Now all politicians think it's ok to lie now. I mean..they might have before but that was so out in the open and in your face. And he wasn't repentant.
Now many people think its ok to do what Monica Lewinsky did.
Looking at history that would have never been condoned when America was first founded.

Not that royal families are as lily white. But at least they know they were wrong. Our mayor committed adultery and he thinks it's ok to still be in power and set a horrible example. You just wonder how many leaders are committing adultery everyday and just covering it up and thinking it's normal.
 
well, not really into Star Wars..no offense. Although...those ewoks were pretty cute.
Poor Carrie Fisher. She cannot get Star Wars out of her system. She says ppl still have fantasies about Princess Leia and tell her. She's like..TMI.
 
Not that I want to defend Hillary but she was not the one who committed adultery. And in my experience, it seems many people think it's okay to lie, as long as you get away with it. Bill got caught because he never imagined Monica wouldn't do her dry cleaning :) I think many things have become "normal" that goes against God's Truth. Many people are predicting that if the economy fails in September - Obama will be the last elected leader.

TMI=too much information? I doubt Carrie Fisher is in the new film? Altho, she would not be anyone's fantasy these days - well maybe grandfathers. Didn't she (her character) marry Han Solo?
If the economy crashes - no one will have $$ for theater tickets. I hope I'm on a much more thrilling adventure by then :p

Carrie is in the new film actually, as is Luke. Pretty sure in the trailer the mechanical hand is Luke's that reaches for the top of R2's dome head.

Leia did marry Han in the extended universe books. One of my favorite books in the EU is "Courtship of Princess Leia. " They go to the planet Dathomir when Han kidnaps Leia. There on the planet Dathomir they end up riding Rancors.

Yes, I am a Stars Wars geek, if you cannot tell.

I do not think that there will be a collapse, but that is my hopeful side saying that. As I said before in this thread, I do not get into all that prophecy stuff. I cannot be bothered to keep up with it.

Carrie Fisher has written plenty of books, they are pretty funny. Her brother is a born again christian, her mother Debbie grew up baptist I think..and her Dad Eddie Fisher was Jewish.

I really like the name Leia. I think it's better than Rachel. There are too many Rachels.

Those robot things are cool too. But I never became a star wars geek.
Instead of america, we can just pray for Carrie Fisher instead. She needs our prayers, as she says she suffers from bipolar disorder.
 
Carrie Fisher met with Robin Williams in his last days as he slipped into fatal depression. Was Mr. Williams subjected to sexual abuse during his childhood with the Episcopal Church? I really wonder about his history with that church. I know I suffered traumatic abuse from that church. I believe they're a sex cult protected by the government.

True...I didn't understand why they (CNN) had it under money. Still, I felt such outrage at the story. But I was sorry about posting it here but I didn't know where else and I didn't want to start a new thread. The economy has a lot to do with what happens in our lives...

The IMF is the International Monetary Fund - An international organization created for the purpose of:

1. Promoting global monetary and exchange stability.
2. Facilitating the expansion and balanced growth of international trade.
3. Assisting in the establishment of a multilateral system of payments for current transactions.
4. Robbing the poor of thier funds so they can party.

That last one was my addition :D
