Second chances usually mean there was a first chance.
If you are stating a law or standard for 'chance', then that would contradict the concept of 'chance'. (which is closer to happenstance or willy-nilly).

This is God's standard (and not willy-nilly or chance)-

I have never seen this verse and it's incredible.

I believe this already happened, something along these lines...

Luke 24:25-27 NKJV
Then He said to them, "O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken! [26] Ought not the Christ to have suffered these things and to enter into His glory?" [27] And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
