someone was talking bout rapture in church today...but I think they missed out the part where the dead will rise. I always thought it cool that all my friends that knew the Lord but fell asleep (passed on, died) will be rising up first and then I get to see them again with Jesus on the last day.
As for the timing I don't really know about that hopefully in my lifetime but if not, doesn't matter, will rise anyway. People say it's soon but nobody really knows. I guess God knows when all the gentiles have heard and he's got his remnant. the anti-christ showing up doesn't scare me..cos I don't follow the anti-christ. There are heaps of anti-christs in the world.

I'm hoping God gives us enough time so that we can tell everyone who needs to hear the gospel before its too late. I'm sure He will. There's much tribulation before we enter the kingdom, I don't think anybody can say that a christian won't go through any, whether small or great.

Silk, my study puts the beginning of the Tribulation in 2017, on the day of the "Feast of Trumpets." I don't know how a Bible-code works; does it rely on numerology? Anyway, I know Abdicate, on this Forum, knows a great deal about the Rapture. But, like Christ, I don't think he sets a date.
I've only read a few books on bible code but it is based on equal distant lettering - not numerology. If 2001 and 2008 were the sabbath year that would make 2014/2015 the shemitah/sabbath year. Abdicate has already indicated that Tishri and it's determination means basically that no man knew at the time scripture was written (see Abdicates last big post). If one goes by shemitah calendar dates - the new year (Rosh Hoshana/Feast of Tabernacles) would start the beginning of the new cycle of shemitah (7 years) which precisely indicates the tribulation would start in Sept. 2015. (with the end in Sept. 2022).
I found the video a bit difficult to follow because my own undersanding of biblical code is less than Abdicate's. I was hoping to hear what he had to say about it. I realize the danger of tiiming it but my faith is good whether it happens on 9/14-15/2015 or not. The beginning of the shemitah cycle is not in 2017, however.
I for one hope the rapture does happen in September of this year! It would be beyond awesome!
I can't help feeling like a kid before Christmas morning. And yet? I know I can't be positive about it until it really happens. To me - it just fits and I feel the truth of it vibrating in me.

I assumed that was what you meant. Still - I thought of Adam & Eve before they ate the apple (grin). i also thought of the white robes of righteousness. Ah well, the high fashion of heaven...I want to reflect it well. (smile).
Please don't think me a party-pooper. There was a well-known group that predicted Armageddon on the Feast of Trumpets in 1975.
They claimed that the reason it didn't happen was because they didn't have an accurate chronology of Eve. I have looked at Abdicate's .pdf file and he has his own interpretation of her chronology.
I think Christ's remedy is the best of all: Watch and Pray.
They have been predicting the end for more centuries than 1975. The truth is that scripture says there will come a day. Have you read the entire thread? Silk <-----curious. What is the greater danger to believers if the shemitah scheme fits for Sept.2015? And that's when it happens? I try to prepare as if it would happen tonight. More and more - recently, hundreds have been coming out saying Sept. 2015. If that is wrong, I guess we will see. My faith is not based on the timing but I think one would have to be blind to not see the perfection of the timing of the shemitah. I think we are all agreeing that we are brinking the tribulation. All the signs are in place. Add to that the tetrad of blood moons in 2014-2015 ( a rare event) and all indicators seem to point to it. I've been fooled before and I expect I will be wrong about something again - but I can see no contradictions to this timing either scripturally or in the world. If you can - please post it as I want to correct my thinking in the here and now, not in my afterlife. I seek truth - not to win arguments or prove my points.
Nothing to forgive - sincerely meant. The clip is hard to follow (for me) and there are some things said that I'm unsure of but I have contacted the author of the video and have asked some questions. He says that the tables come from both OT & NT scripture and uses a code system I'm unfamiliar with (the books I read use the 1st 5 books of scripture in Hebrew). And the books I read said that code is not meant to be used for prediction but only as validation as to the author of scripture (Holy Spirit). None-the-less, having now viewed several of the videos placed by the same author - the things I DO understand have to do with the shemitah and the Sept. timing. Most of my understanding of shemitah has come about from reading the Harbinger by Cahn a few months ago. I then explored/researched from other sources (including scripture). Because shemitah is not followed as commanded by God of the Jews, they were placed in Judgement and exiled to Babylon - the sentence of which was based on all those missed sabbath years. The Harbinger indicates that America, also consecrated to God, at a church located on Ground Zero, is about to come under judgement - the warnings starting in 2001, continuing in 2008, and irrevocable (economy) on 2015. Sept, 2015 will witness the last (supermoon) blood moon on the Feast of Tabernacles (Rosh Hashana). The blood moons that make up the tetrad all fall on Jewish feast days. I think? there is only a few days difference between Tabernacles and Trumpets and I have read a few different days on both feasts (as I recall from old age memory). So sometime between 9/11 and 9/15/15. I think Abdicate indicates that 2024 but I can buy he's off by 2 years (possibly) regarding the end of the tribulation and Jubilee.
