Agreed, you haven't insulted anyone. I think you should just stop asking questions about christianity. (for more details, look at your pms), It has nothing to do with your intelligence.
Well you don't have to accept that this is the truth, just like you don't have to eat the chicken at KFC. But getting all mad because they serve chicken is not reasonable nor logical.
