What Do I Do With My Tarot Cards?

Yes. Satan has a name doesn't he? I don't see why the other fallen angels wouldn't.
So is every other religions deity simply a fallen angel in your religion? Think about that for a minute. Do you picture heaven to be some kind of soap opera where supernatural beings back stab, form alliances, have affairs, and wage war?

Well where else could they have come from? Aren't we all Christians here? Daniel 10:13 "But the prince+ of the royal realm of Persia stood in opposition to me for 21 days. But then Mi′cha·el,*(The archangel)+ one of the foremost princes,* came to help me; and I remained there beside the kings of Persia."

Daniel 10:20 "Then he said: “Do you know why I have come to you? Now I will go back to fight with the prince of Persia.+ When I leave, the prince of Greece will come."

I don't see what the quote you posted has to do with believing that dieties from other religions are based on real entities. Where else would they have come from? Do you mean to say that every myth and legend is based on real events? Sure some may have a tiny kernel of truth or historicity, but it is real stretch to say all the greek gods are based on real beings. Being a christian doesn't mean you should turn off the capacity for critical thought.

The point I was making was, who was the angel fighting? A human? I never said that all of it is true. Although I am sure that there is a grain of truth behind "Mythology" But lets turn on our capacity for critical thought for a moment. Do you really think people built idols and monuments dedicated to gods that they just imagined? All i'm saying is that it makes sense. The bible tells us that there were angels who left the residing place in heaven to do their own desires. Where did you think these fallen angels went? Did they spend they're lives at the Bahamas getting a tan? Or were they being worshipped by people? Ephesians 6:12" because we have a struggle,*+ not against blood and flesh, but against the governments, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the wicked spirit forces+ in the heavenly places."

So, since you believe demons do exist and do 'do thing's' but aren't on earth....where are they and what do they do according to you? Please quote scripture for your belief.
Where are they? Since we don't actually see them and given that they are of the spiritual realm, I'd say that's where they exist. I believe on rare occasions they can take possession of a person. And I'll quote scriptures for my views right after you quote scripture supporting your claim that there are "billions of demons on earth".

Where are they?
I gave you that scripture already.

And I'll quote scriptures for my views right after you quote scripture supporting your claim that there are "billions of demons on earth".
“But you have come to mount Sion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to the company of many thousands of angels…” Hebrews 12:22

“A swift stream of fire issued forth from before him: thousands of thousands ministered to him, and ten thousand times a hundred thousand stood before him…” Daniel 7:10

“And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the living creatures and the ancients (and the number of them was thousands of thousands)…” Revelation 5:11

We don't know how many there are but there are many. If we had to do a calculation on Dan 7:10 we get 1,000,000,000 that stood before him whilst thousand of thousands ministered to him.

KingJ,

So we're back to you reading prophetic, apocalyptic scripture literally. That brings me back to the question I kept asking and you didn't answer: Do you believe one third of the stars in the universe were swept to the surface of the earth by a dragon's tail?

But you're using YouTube videos to decide what "reality" is. That's extremely silly IMO.

It "counts" as exactly what it is....an anecdote. There are YouTube videos of people telling anecdotes of all sorts of things. Do you believe all of them?

So what you're saying is, Ouija boards only work when they're not being used under objectively controlled circumstances. I take you back to what I posted earlier...

I don't think you're appreciating what I'm talking about when I say "objectively controlled situations".

People claim these objects, spells, incantations, etc. "work" (they allow one to speak to spirits, predict the future, change behaviors or outcomes, etc.). We know from other established studies that humans are susceptible to the power of suggestion (placebo effect) and confirmation bias (placing more emphasis on successes than failures). So in order to find out if these objects, spells, incantations, etc. work, we control for the power of suggestion and confirmation bias, thereby minimizing their effect on the outcomes. And every single time we do that, they all fail.

Do you understand the significance of that? These things "work" only when suggestion and bias are not accounted for and fail every time they are accounted for.

That's about as clear and obvious an indication of what's behind these things as you can possibly hope for.

I am not sure I understand why you are targeting the format the video is published in? Youtube is not the author or creator of the video and has little to do with its credibility?

I agree that people claim these things "work." But that is part of the deception. I believe many see manifestations of the supernatural because the devil wants them to believe it works. The deception is that the human is in control. Hence , the limitation of your source. If the object of the study is to prove humans have no control over the supernatural, then the study is a success. But it certainty does not prove that manifestations of the supernatural does not exist in the occult world.

Revelation means to reveal and is meant to be understood. The rule of the thumb when studying prophecy is that is literal unless the bible offers an interpretation, writes the statement as a simile or metaphor, or the context seems to suggest symbolism. Just saying something is not literal is not enough, offer a plausible alternative. What do you believe God means in that text, and show some biblical text to prove it. Put it in context, show us other places in the bible where it means something different. What is your explanation of Rev 5:11?

So in other words, you have no biblical support for your opinion?
