Must one Hold to the trinity to be saved?

most of my beliefs come from my upbringing between Baptist and AoG.
Baptists and Assemblies of God are Trinitarians. You aren't.

The terms "Trinity" and "persons" as related to the Godhead, while not found in the Scriptures, are words in harmony with Scripture, whereby we may convey to others our immediate understanding of the doctrine of Christ respecting the Being of God, as distinguished from "gods many and lords many." We therefore may speak with propriety of the Lord our God who is One Lord, as a trinity or as one Being of three persons, and still be absolutely scriptural.

where did i say i did not believe God is Triune?

i said i do not use terms not found in the Bible.

which has more value to God?
how man's tradition defines what he creates into a Doctrine or using what the Inspired Word of God used and shaping my beliefs according to that?
i am only trying to please God, not God's creation!

....

John 4:24 God (Father) is a Spirit. we know the Holy Spirit is a Spirit. and when we read John 1:14 And the Word became flesh...clearly before becoming flesh the WORD was also a Spirit. Spirit = Same Essence!

God is indeed triune, but modern day definitions of Persons do not align with the Bible at all. it's therefore interesting to bash others when the modern definition is adding man's reasoning which cannot be found in the Bible. so no, a person does not have to follow Modern Definition to be saved knowing that Modern Definition is not found in the Bible itself.
On that point, I very much believe God is a Spirit as written, but also is a Person.

The definition of the word 'person' does not always mean a human, like one born in the flesh. It can mean 'self', and 'individual personality'. And our Heavenly Father and His Son definitely is an Individual, the First Individual even. His Word declares that He is a Soul too (Matthew 26:38).

So I think you are just debating Semantics with that word Person.

Another idea many are wrongly taught today is that the word 'man' must always mean a human born in the flesh. It does not always mean that, simply because God said Let Us make man in Our Image, in Our Likeness (Genesis 1). This is why God has the outward likeness of a man, (per Daniel, Isaiah, etc.), and also the angels do (Genesis 19).

William Branham denied the Trinity and you think he was a man of God. I was in a non-Trinitarian cult. I prayed to the "Real God" and asked Him to teach me Who He is. I began studying the Bible. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost are three Persons in One God. They are not three gods. Before I knew God i addressed Him as "the Real God" because I wanted Him to know I was seeking Him.

Who raised Jesus from the dead? Father, Son, and Holy Ghost!

Isaiah 43
10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.
12I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you: therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.

Isaiah 44:
6Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God.

No, God can't be manifstations. The members of the Godhead speak to one another(Jesus spoke to and prayed to His Father), God gave His only begotten Son, the Holy Spirit was sent.

Jesus did His Father's will (prayer in Gethsemane), when on the cross Jesus asked the Father to forgive them. John 1:1 The Word was God and the Word was with God. The Sons sits with the Father. (Rev.3: 21).
He is describing either Modualism or Oneness, as Branham denied the biblcal trinity and held to an heretical view of God!

where is the word Person in the Bible located at. where does it say the Father is a Person in the Bible? where does it say the Holy Spirit is a Person in the Bible? But yes, the One True God = Father-WORD (Son)-Holy Spirit!
The father and Jesus and Holy Spirit all speak, talk, have the Omni attributes of God, and all 3 have eternally existed!

we know the expressions we read in the Bible shows us the Triune God is personable in All that God is. I am just going directly by what the Bible claims and the wording chosen. i mean my dogs listen to me, they react to my differences in voice sounds, they reacts when i hug and kiss them, they comfort me when they know i feel bad. but they are not Persons even though they have similar traits that i do. I just go by what Jesus Himself said, God is a Spirit. i figure if it comes from the mouth of God in the flesh, it must be how i should address God.
Do you see that God eternally has existed as 3 distinct persons who are all yet One God?

which is quite interesting when we read John 14:
8 Philip said to Him, “Master, show us the Father, and it is enough for us.”
9 Yeshua said to him, “Have I been with you for so long a time, and you haven’t come to know Me, Philip? He who has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
10 Don’t you believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own; but the Father dwelling in Me does His works.
^
The Father dwells inside Jesus and doing the Talking and the Works.

then we have Jesus performed a miracle in Matthew 12 (cast out Demons) and the Pharisees said Jesus did them by Satan and Jesus said by the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 12:28 But if I drive out demons by the Ruach Elohim, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.
^
so Jesus is saying the Works is from the Holy Spirit.

you can see how someone can believe as they do when you add the Words spoken and the Works done are told to us done by the Father in John 14 and the Holy Spirit in Matthew 12. plus, Jesus told us this is how He did them.
Are you holding to all of the Godhead is in Jesus, to a Oneness view of God then?

Amen!

clearly however God chooses to deal with us it is always going be 100% God when speaking about the Father-WORD-Holy Spirit. From an Audible Voice, to a Dove, to a Cloud by day and Fire by night or Burning Bush, to as 1 Timothy 3:16 puts it [God was manifest in the flesh]. we know God can be Manifested and we know God is a Spirit because Jesus says so, and we know God has personable traits. myself, i just use what i read verbatim.
Do you hold to Modualism then?

The One mess Cult and heresy came out from AoG in their annual campfire meetings of 1916-17, as certain ministers there claimed that God had revealed to them that Oneness is how he really is, and the AoG to their credit rebuked them as now holding to a false heresy!

Eph 1:11-14 NKJV In Him (Christ) we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, (12) that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. (13) In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, (14) who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory.

The predestined are those who, believing in Jesus Christ accept Him as their Lord and Saviour. These are sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, thereby guaranteeing their inheritance. Those who deny Jesus is God with us as many of the cults do (unbelievers) are not sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise and neither are they predestined to be with God in Glory.

It should not need saying that those who believe JESUS CHRIST IS LORD and accept him as their Lord and Saviour are predestined to spend eternity with Him.

Those who deny Jesus is LORD, and there are a lot who have not yielded their lives to Him, need to spend their waking hours in fear and trembling.

Jesus said, “Follow me.” And having done that we are predestined to spend eternity with Him. And that my friends, is the lesson of Predestination.

The coming of Christ and the gentiles being grafted into the tree of life some say this is what was predestined.
