Galatians 3:10-14
Holman Christian Standard Bible (HCSB)
Law and Promise
10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, because it is written: Everyone who does not continue doing everything written in the book of the law is cursed.[a] 11 Now it is clear that no one is justified before God by the law, because the righteous will live by faith.[b] 12 But the law is not based on faith; instead, the one who does these things will live by them.[c] 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, because it is written: Everyone who is hung on a tree is cursed.[d] 14 The purpose was that the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles by Christ Jesus, so that we could receive the promised Spirit through faith.

10 To live by the law is imposible, that is why Christ came. If we are able to keep of the law we will fail in other parts of it because we are sinners.
11 We are not justified thru our own efforts but by our belief of God doing what He said and God having done what He said. Faith putting our trust in God. We can only have a right standing withGod by faith thru Christ and this justifies us.
12 The law is work based and is not about what God did for us but what we can do for God. We really can never do anything for God. The law became something the Pharissees used to brag about themselves. We do not do this by faaith because our faith is not from our own efforts but from God showing us mercy.
13 Christ became our curse and by doing this taking the curse that was also but on Adam, by Christ we take from the tree of life which, Adam had to leave and was unable to eat. Our relationship with God is restored thru Christ.
14 The Spirit comes not only to Jewish believers but to all believers in Christ. Abraham and the Jewish people were promised a land but all believers will go to a land that Jesus has prepared for us and that is heaven.
