And the Jews, who do have God’s law, will be judged by that law when they fail to obey it. 13 For merely listening to the law doesn’t make us right with God. It is obeying the law that makes us right in his sight. 14 Even Gentiles, who do not have God’s written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it. 15 They demonstrate that God’s law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right. 16 And this is the message I proclaim—that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone’s secret life.

It adds up. As said earlier, everyone knows the difference between right and wrong. His laws are on our heart. Unbelievers don’t believe because they love this world and their sin more than God. The sad part is this is true of every human and is why God, out of his mercy and for His purpose chose to save some out of the many (Eph 2; Matt 22:14). He has to remove our stony heart

False. Partiality makes God evil. God is not partial Acts 10:34, God is not evil 1 John 1:5. We give thanks because God is good Psalm 136:1. We would not give thanks if God was evil. That would make us mad. We are not mad.

Rom 9, Eph 2 and Matt 22:14 must be read in conjunction with the rest of the bible. Lets start with John 3:16. Unless we want to imitate the devil in Matt 4:5-10.
