Ok..... so.... I was going to talk about this yesterday but I forgot...

I found the funniest thing in the carport the other day.... Now picture this...

a plastic soup ladle attached to a broom handle and secured with electrical tape... and then to make this longer... we have a curtain rod ( the flat kind ).... that is also secured with electrical tape. This contraption is about 8 feet in height... and I believe my landlords made it to scoop the snow off something. WHO DOES THIS????

So.. this brings me to that song.... the knee bone... connected to the leg bone... connected to the hip bone...

Also... I think they have been watching the Red Green show. Just sayin.

Thank you! I was going to go to a steakhouse for supper, but alas, my wife has come down with the flu. I have decided that I do not want to do anything until she can be there with me. I don't usually give out my full name Dave F. . I don't want people to think I am a USER LOSER! LOL!!!!!
 
In Awe of Him, in your post my name showed up as Dave F. with brackets around it, that is why I put the part about my name. Now the brackets and everything in between have disappeared and the funny punny went with it. Here's hoping it shows up with this post.

Dave F. .... I have no idea what you are referring to... I did not see any of this.. so I too am just going with it. I always use this @ to bring up a name and I have never had trouble with this. I made up a story in my head about you ordering take out and NOT using your full name. HAHAHAHAH
 
My goodness... we have had a lot of January birthdays.... I am off to Margaret's today for my sleep-over and late birthday "party"... I told her not to... but she would not listen.... ANYWAYS... I never turn down an opportunity to sleep with the dog. HAHA.

bobinfaith had a quiet and sneaky birthday on January 30th... so I am placing a laundry basket of gifts beside his chair. Word puzzle books.... a jigsaw puzzle... fizzy drinks ( which he always raves about )... and some of his favourite snacks. Oh.... and I put a few of those chocolate tomatoes that seem to defy Bob's understanding... HAHAHAHA . HOPE you had an AWESOME trip away.

YOU are dearly loved my friend!!!

Good afternoon and Happy Sunday to my precious forum family ( whom I love so much )...

Well... my sleep over with Mr. Louie was divine!!! I had a lovely time with Margaret... and she lavished me with the above puzzle that she picked up second hand at the library. It's been a long time since I've done a Ravensburger which is the CREAM of the CROP. The pieces are so lovely to touch.... they have a lovely matte finish and are superior quality.

Anyways... I arrived home about 3 hours ago and I have already sorted the edge pieces. I also got a new Clementoni puzzle which is the FIRST of high quality puzzles that I was introduced to. So.... I am all set to go. :D

My landlords are treating me to Chinese take-out tonight.... like WOW.... It's been an entire month of CELEBRATIONS.

Anyways.... Bob should be here tomorrow.... I hope he likes the birthday gifts I left him beside his CHAIR. I'm sure he will be delighted with those CHOCOLATE tomatoes. HAHA. GO Bob GO... HAHAHAHA.

Ok... so there you have it... my Sunday REPORT!!!

Hope everyone has a wonderful day. It's very cold here... Brrrrrrrr.... a good coffee/tea day.

IT is WELL with my SOUL!!!!!!!!!!! :whistle: ( You will notice I tried a new guy ... he looks a bit shifty but he is singing so... ).
 
Well... I decided to put a drink station in at the cabin. We have a tea station... a coffee station... a fizzy drink dispenser... @Mr. Moose... press the button with your nose... and ONE fizzy drink will be discharged... I rigged it up to fall into a basket so all you have to do is grab it once it has landed.... and... for your listening DELIGHT.... I got my friend to also rig the machine to play a song every time someone presses the button.... LISTEN to this!!!

That puzzle looks like they took a photo of 6 other puzzles and made a puzzle out of it. Now I'm puzzled..........

THAT's it Mr. Moose..... YOU got it... and they all have a nice little rim around them... It's a smorgasbord of FLOWERS. HAHAHA.
Actually... as I am sorting the pieces... I am noticing that it might just make the puzzle process easier... as in essence... it really is like
doing 6 smaller puzzles. It's a FIRST for me to do this type.

I crack myself up.... like literally... HAHAHAHAHAHA.... a little "owl possession" humour. HA.

Another quiet puzzle day... and enjoying my warm and cozy house during this cold front.

May the DANCE begin!! HAHAHA.

I looked for some aerobic inspiration, like Olivia Newton John's Let's Get Physical......too hard to get a sweat band around the antlers..........and Richard Simmons.........just.......NO.......... so I took the class outside. You know the phrase, slower than molasses in January? Well it holds true for February too, with them being snails, and they are already slow........they got s...l...o...w...e...r........so I scooped them up and went back inside for some hot cocoa. Very little dancing got done. Go figure.
