In my opinion intellectual honesty is realizing you don't know everything there is to know. You, workmx, may think you have a very rational and provable explanation for the universe, but it is highly likely you don't. There are many flaws in the evolutionary/big bang belief, and there are things you hold on to that don't agree with this belief. Morality and a sense of purpose might be some things... How do you have a sense of purpose in a purposeless world? Why do good when it is easier to be evil? You are only matter, correct?

Rofl. That is funny . But you do not get off the hook so easily. You are biased. We can help you deal with that. We can all be forgiven for blaming God for everything that goes wrong. It is a common and expected mistake.

Atheism is the go to belief for all in that state. 1st step to recovery is acknowledge you are biased. 2nd. To truthfully judge if the bias is justified.
