Regarding this balloon, I strongly believe these are "example discussions" that can allude us to the coming of the age, predictions arise that bring about strong disagreement among Christians who try to understand them. Question is, what can one person, you or me, do to be ready in a small or big way for the Lord? After Jesus ascended to heaven and before He comes again, regardless of the age we're in, we should be expected to be persecuted. Not from the guy who sucker punches you, but the ongoing contention in-country, across countries, corruption, war, loss of respect for human life, all sorts of principalities of darkness, cold and hardened hearts, I feel these are examples of persecution because they sure aren't bonding us any closer.

Now, I'm not downplaying the balloon. I realize it's not a joke and should be taken serious. But squabbling about predictions that can fuel disagreement among Christians who are trying to understand is not

Instead, the Lord gives me joy in this;

We have a lot of work to do, and those who stand firm until the end will be saved. Does this mean I wipe my brow with a sigh of relief? No. We stand firm and continue love God first and He will guide our direction to those in our respective countries (all who follow Christ) and love on those and introduce them to Christ so they too can have a relationship with Him and stand firm until the end.

We should feel excited to bring one more person to Christ Jesus. It's what we do as a priority for the Kingdom.

Bob you do write very much about the spiritual realm. The spiritual plain be a very deep experience for all. Thank you of reminding us of such. You mention the seriousness of the balloon again. And you not be down playing the balloon. You say it be serious business about the balloon. You say there be no joking with the balloon. You also believe the balloon could also allude us to the coming age? But Bob it be only a balloon and the naughty balloon be more anyway. Forgiven I do think making a mountain out of a mole hill. The Chinese have far more sophisticated spy satellites snapping pics and mapping everything they need. It certainly should Have been shot down. As the occasional U 2 was shot down from time to time. The occasional snooper gets their tails burned from time to time.

I believe that there was only ONE U2 shot down by Russia. In 1960. The Russians KNEW it was there for 4 or 5 years but because it was at about 13 miles up, they had nothing at that time to hit it with.

i dont consider that at all. any thing that violets our national air space. should either be escorted out if possible or shoot down.. the united states simply can not afford to play cops and robbers . was it was serious as spy satellites ? which we all have and yes we fly spy planes in international air space.. most every nation does that. its a matter of principal . i am no longer going to comment on this topic.

The Mole Hill just grew as we shot down ANOTHER balloon over Alaska! 1 + 1 = 2 means a Mountain!

i know what they would do .i dont want war but its time we build our military up .take control tell the hE/shes and the gays if you serve you will be in combat positions if your going to stay actually the trans have no place. either way we need build up give our solders better pay put our opposing enemies on notice. we have missiles to .
 
China is testing our responses to these incursions. China's aggressive, hostile intentions are beyond doubt.They are now in the same position Japan was in 1930, and they probably have similar intentions.
This is a crucial time that requires circumspect leadership, which unfortunately, we don't see forthcoming.☹️

China is nothing more than a Bully they never take on a larger country. for years we turned the other cheek told our solders make sure you call first and get permission before shooting. its also time to secure our military bases have weapons will use

If I was looking for a conflict, that is what I would do. I for one would not be a bit surprised to see a Pearl Harbour event from China.
They are energy strapped. They have begun a massive coal mining operation and are cutting back on electricty.

I think that the USA suspects something is in the wind. Just in the past 10 years, Japan has begun the process of re-militarization. The U.S. has engaged Australia and the United Kingdom in a high-level technology and security deal that would seem to confirm the military support of both countries. The U.S. has also pushed Europe to disentangle itself from Chinese technology supply chains. Finally, U.S.-Indian security relations have steadily improved as tensions between Delhi and Beijing have worsened, and as Indian dependence upon Russia approaches a dead end.

Major I do count 2. You lose U 2 spy plane shot down over Cuba just prior or during the Cuban crisis

Yes, another U2 was shot down over Cuba in 1962.

Major please do reconsider my post 64 from which you originally quoted where I mention the ( occasional ) U2 spy plane was shot down. Occasional means more than one.
