Well... I had my puzzles stashed away in the closet and I forgot that I got a bunch of
puzzles at the library months back. This beauty is going to be my next puzzle. It's used
so I am trusting that all the pieces are there. HA.

We should have a contest between Dominic Davison's Harbor Sunset and Cao Yong's My Balcony (Mon Balcon)

Cao Yong's My Balcony (Mon Balcon) has 1000 pieces and Dominic Davison's Harbor Sunset has 999 pieces (like the last one missing a piece). lol!

This is not a race therefore the deadline is December 31st.

Ok you two.....no using a hammer to make pieces fit! One piece of advice.....put the puzzle together with the color side up! Trust me, all those gray pieces messes with your eyes.

as a child. My hands are too shaky to be that CAREFUL. HAHA.

Jigsaw puzzling is NOT for everyone... and I only do it because the winters here are long and cold.... plus... I don't have a busy life... so it really is a hobby for me that I enjoy.

So bobinfaith ... your puzzle might best be suited to STAY in the box. HAHAHA.

Oh my goodness... It's my ANNIVERSARY!!!!!! One year ago today... I joined the forums. What a year it has been.
I am so very grateful for this place that I call my FAMILY. I have grown so much.... and learned so much about Fellowship and what that should LOOK like. This place SHINES with the Love of CHRIST... and I am honoured to be part of this wonderful place!

I love you all. It's going to be a busy next three days... I get my little burrito this morning for the day... while her
momma is at work. Gonna be a day of complete cuddles and JOY!!! and tomorrow I am in charge of the HOUSE.
My landlords are going out of town so I will be responsible for the two dogs upstairs. After that... it's QUIET again.

bobinfaith ... I am very behind on starting the jigsaw puzzles. I just can't seem to get into that flow this year. I will probably start next week. I have some puzzles on hand so I will just have to pick one and start.

I am also late in making my meal for the Fire Department this month. I have decided on October 28th. I wanted to do Halloween but it's chaos at the station... as they go all out with decorations and festivities and it's generally a busy night for calls... so... I was told that is NOT a good day for a meal. HA

It's getting very chilly here... 2 degrees Celsius. I can't believe I went swimming last Saturday. HA.

Anyways... I hope everyone has a beautiful day. I would throw a big party today if I was with all of you in person.

Good morning my precious and beautiful forum family...

Well... this week was LOVELY.... we have had warm weather... and YEP.... I have been daily dipping into the
very cold lake. Tuesday was my last swim... and I went into the lake twice... the temperature was 11.8 degrees C which is 53.24 F. I hit a record... from last year October 4th was my last swim... to this year... October 22nd.
This morning it is minus 3 right now... with the high of 8 this afternoon. Definitely sweater weather. HA.


Today is shopping day with my friend Margaret... I am getting ready to serve my hot meal to the Fire Department on Monday. I am nearing the end of my yearly blessing. It has been such an HONOUR and JOY to serve my community.
I have two more months to go after this meal. I have asked my favourite platoon chief if I can share one more meal with them in December... and next month the platoons are DRAWING for who I will serve as there is not enough time to cover all 4 teams again. I was going to simply bake sweets for all the platoons in December but came up with the idea of asking my favourite team if I can join them ONE LAST TIME... and I will leave baking for the other teams. We'll see what he says... but I'm pretty sure it will be a YES!!!

Anyways.... it's very early... 4:30 am... and I am bright eyed and bushy tailed.

@Mr. Moose... Connie the snail ( who has a huge crush on you ) would like to know if you and her can go for a moose ride soon? She has a card for you to say THANK you for all the wonderful summer activities. She also has a huge bag of peanut butter cups and some ginger fizzy drinks to present to you on behalf of the entire snail family.

Not much else to say... Things are winding down... I think I will start my puzzle on the week-end... since I don't think Bob is actually going to get his balcony puzzle done. HAHAHAHA. NO JUDGEMENT.... HAHAHAHA.
