Journal The Garage

Good morning my beautiful forum family...

Signed in this morning to such a wonderful scripture given by Pastor Gary and have been meditating on it for several hours now.

O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is Your name in all the earth!
~ Psalm 8:1

I could meditate on this scripture alone for the rest of my life and STILL be without understanding of how AWESOME my God and Saviour is.
When I think of God's greatness... I get so excited and filled with GREAT JOY.

How BLESSED am I to be acquainted with the CREATOR of heaven and earth.

I am slowly plucking away at my puzzle. It's probably going to take up the rest of November as I am moving at a snail's pace ( HAHA ).

I hope everyone has a lovely day. May we all remember and dwell on the MAJESTY of our GOD.

Psalm 118:24
24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Proverbs 3:5-6
5 Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

These verses are speaking to me today, happy Monday everyone. May the love of GOD fill you today.

Good morning Dave F. What a marvelous scripture for us... and what a wonderful and important reminder to be JOYFUL in all things.
Trusting in the Lord with all my heart is something that I seem to find easy for the most part. I think the fact that I am truly content with little...
yet I feel RICH is a key component to rejoicing in the DAY of the LORD... every single day.

I don't face a lot of hardships... ( yet ).... but I sure have in my past and oh my goodness... I am constantly in AWE of HIM.

GOOD morning my precious forum family.

I am having my nephew over for supper.... Spaghetti and meat balls... I don't usually make meatballs... I usually just make meat sauce... but I made the Italian kind because my nephew likes them.

My puzzle is coming along slowly but surely. The weather has warmed up the last few days... which really isn't warm at all.. HAHAHA.
I wore my winter coat for my walk to the dock and back.... It was dark when I left and dark when I got home. I am really noticing the lack of day light this year for some reason.

Anyways.... Happy Monday everyone. I hope everyone is feeling great JOY.

Good morning my dear Mr. Moose Big Moose ... Ok... so what do you think???
Which one do you want for the Garage Photo Shoot??

Hmmmm.....tough one! The second one I look regal even with the zany Christmas balls hanging from my antlers. And I would definitely wear that sweater, just my style! But there is something about the first one that captures my handsomenesssssssssssssss. And character. Not to mention trustworthy, adorable and wise. Soooo, yeah, first one.

Happy Tuesday y'all! Hope everyone is happy, healthy, and finding many beautiful blessings. My brother announced he is driving down for Thanksgiving.
Oh how I dislike cleaning the house from top to bottom. However, he is certainly worth all the effort.
Anymore he is the only family that does make the 12 hour drive to see us.

Love me some meatballs, bet they were yummy :)

YEP.... I agree completely.... The first one brings out the trustworthy... adorable and wise side of you.
For the record... Connie picked the first one too... and when I told her which one YOU picked... she EXCLAIMED something about great minds and thinking alike. :D

1731497158720.png I'm thinking of going with this as my Christmas card!! They fussed with my fur a lot and it's a bit bleached but I think this brings out the curious and AWE struck side of me.

The other option is this picture that seems to show off my natural hair colour. The hairdresser ROCKED the curls in my humble opinion.

If Jesus Christ, never existed and history of his existence is false.
Then did I try and live a Good life from Sin for no reason?
Or does sin exist at all? Or would we all be bound to the old testament.
Or would that also make the existence of God also false?
The reality is, I am then dead and gone forever if the above is true.

But I have one thing, that makes me Teflon to those statements.
I have faith, and through my faith I have the Holy Spirit inside me that guides me.
I it it not euphoria, or adrenaline rush that makes this true. As Christ has made
himself alive in me. So my pure existence tells me that God is whom he says he is,
Jesus is whom God says he is. And the Holy Spirit guides me as it is told.

Do not lose sight, as you were built with the master of designs in mind.
And If I am right that God exists and Christ is my Savior and died for my sins.
Then I will be rewarded for my faith.

Folks. Its truly that easy. We over complicate things, just like satan wants us to do.
Make everything deep, and mysterious so we question the truth.
The truth is, and has always been, and will always be. Remember, satan gave Adam and Eve
what they already had.
You have faith, because its yours already. All you have to do is accept it.

Good morning, Big Moose and In Awe of Him;

I just logged back on this morning and your posts as well as many others in the Garage remind me of positive days going into Holiday Season.

God bless
you all.

Love in Christ!

I have been a member three months and I have some questions.

1. Is it true that we can ask for one prayer request, and then get one free?
2. Is it true if I invite someone to be a member here, I get a free Mug that says, My Other Home is at CFS?
3. There have been concerns that the Moose🫎 may not be vaccinated, can you confirm or deny?
4. If I buy snail bait for my home, can I still be a member here, or it a conflict of mollusks?
5. Am I banned if I deliberately hide puzzle🧩 pieces?

I have more questions, but thought id start with these 🙏 🤣

BOB is back.... oh my goodness.... I repeat.... BOB is BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WELCOME HOME BOB.... YOU were MISSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good morning my beautiful forum family.

It's FRIDAY..... AGAIN!!!! PaulisSaved ... I'm not staff but... I would like to address your second question. I don't think we have free mugs... but I'm sure if you give Mr. Moose some peanut butter cups.... he will generously offer you a free Christmas card with his photo... see the below.

Well.... I took apart my 1500 piece puzzle for several reasons. I am watching Mr. Louie in two weeks...for 5 days... and I know that I will not be finished in time for his visit. Secondly... to be honest... I'm just not FEELING the jigsaw puzzle vibe this year. I have no idea why... I was late in starting to begin with and well.... I just am not enjoying lugging around my big white foam core board from bed to table. I also acquired some large pieces of bulky furniture and I don't have the space that I had in the previous years.... so my little garage is looking on the full side with not much of a living room space. So... I think this is going to be a different kind of winter for me. I'm not sure what I will fill my time with but for now... I am simply enjoying the BLANK space. HAHAHA.

I got an email on Wednesday.... my ring is ready. I'm sure I mentioned something... somewhere about my health scare in October and my random meeting of a jeweller... who I commissioned to make me a solitaire diamond ring. My sizing was on October 10th and so it took a month to get this ring made. I had no idea how I was going to approach opening my ring... I knew I did not want to FIRST see it at the jewellery store.... I wanted the event to be special... and so shortly after that.... I decided on this.... I will open my ring Christmas morning.... which is a HUGE thing for me because in the past... I have spent Christmas Eve and Christmas day at Mr. Louie's house.

So.... this year.... I will be doing things differently. I will not be going to Margaret's on Christmas Eve... but will be going for supper on Christmas Day and I will sleep over that night. This will leave me free for Christmas Eve and Christmas morning. I got Margaret to go and pick up my ring. I told the jeweller that I wanted her to be the first besides himself to see the ring. I explained that I would email him on Christmas morning with my reaction as I think it's pretty strange to buy a ring and then NOT want to see it right away. HAHA.

Anyways... Margaret stated that it was FABULOUS and that I would not be disappointed. I already knew this because the guy has a gift of making magic happen. SO..... the count down begins... I will be getting my ring delivered this afternoon.... I will put it in a decent box and wrap it with nice wrapping paper.

This is such a bizarre time for me as in the past... I have not ever celebrated much of anything. I am not one to fuss over myself but this year.... I told Jesus... I want to CELEBRATE my love for HIM and I want to pamper myself with the sheer JOY of my status as one of His BELOVED children.... and so.... a CELEBRATION it will be.

I have also decided that I need to decorate a little corner of my humble abode. I just got a brilliant idea and I will share it when I've put it together.

So then... some random thoughts for this Friday. So much to be grateful for.

PaulisSaved ... Happy third month anniversary.... I am so glad you decided to stay.

God bless you all. Most Tenderly.... In Awe of Him

Hello Paul
1. There is absolutely nothing free on this forum. The collection bag will be going round shortly, please be prepared to pay double because of trying to get out of paying.

2. Please read answer to question 1

3. Mr. Moose has no need for such things, his faith is enough.

4. Yes, but you will be put into prison
Please see rule 377.

5. No but you will go to jail

Blessings Paul

Good morning, In Awe of Him;

The Garage was definitely God's success in 2024 for the fellowship and bonding at CFS. I'm looking forward to the Holidays in this thread.

Over in Romania and Ukraine we were fed delicious cooked meals. They asked me what kind of food do I like and thought about the Garage. After I told them chocolate tomatoes and moose juice I think I scared them.

🤜😎 lol!
